Solarstar smiled at the kit. "I'm sure you'll be a great warrior. And maybe you'll even be leader one day," she said warmly. "Just remember to try your hardest and let Starclan light your path."

Tawneykit was beeming with joy. "Oh Boy!" She said, before she began to chase her tail, once again going, "Mommy! Look! Im a Dog! Woof Woof!" Swiftwaters laughed, "Very nice Tawney, now say good bye to Solarstarr, its time for a nap!" "Bye Solarstar!" Tawney Chirped before racing into the den, Swiftwaters laughed, "Thanks solarstar, A few days ago she was worried she never would be a warrior! See you later!" She said to her friend and leader before going beack into the den, trying to get Tawney to settle down for a nap.

Solarstar watched Swiftwaters and Tawneykit head into the nursery. Maybe one day I'll have a kit of my own... she thought. She shook her head. What am i thinking. I'm the leader of Thunderclan... My clan is my kin... With this thought in mind, Solarstar decided she needed more of a break. She headed back to her den for a nice long rest.

Cloudpaw quickly congratulated Tigerfeather. She never really talked to many of the other apprentices, or knew them well. She was much more of an observer. Cats hardly even noticed she was in this Clan.

Beetlefur took a deep breath and looked at Tigerfeather. I need to ask her today, he thought taking a deep breath. "Hey Tigerp- I mean Tigerfeather, would you like to take a walk with me?" he asked.
Tigerfeather looked at Beetlefur and smiled. "Of course Beetlefur," she said padding out of camp with her old mentor.

Beetlefur padded through Thunderclan territory with Tigerfeather next to him. He finally a nice secluded place and sat down underneath a bush.
Tigerfeather sat next to him. "So what is this about?" she asked. Seh looek dinto Beetlefur's eyes and tried to guess what he was thining, but Tigerfeather just couldn't read through his eyes.
Beetlefur swallowed and looked at Tigerfeather. "Tigerfeather. I'm no sure how to say this. Well I mean I've known you since you were a kit and I... I... I love you Tigerfeather. I lvoe verythign about you. Your scent, your eyes, the way you love life, everything and I wanted to ask if you would be my mate. So that we may be together forever," he blurted out.
Tigerfeather smiled. She licked Beetlefur's cheek. "Yes Beetlefur I will be your mate. I love you too," she said.

Cloudpaw decided to stop by the Medicine cat den, which she did often. "Hey Robinki-paw" Cloudpaw said silently.

Beetlefur smiled and licked Tigerfeather's head as she nuzzled close to his chest. "Well we migth as well make ourselves useful and hunt for a little while," he said.
Tigerfeather nodded as she and Bettelfur padded off with their tails intertwinned with each other.

Solarstar woke up from her nap and sighed. Even as leader, I'm still a she-cat... she thought to herself, thinking about Tawneykit. Maybe one day I'll find the right mate... Until then, it's my duty as leader to care for my clan... Solarstar got up and stretched. She left her den, only to sit outside of it and view the camp, seeing what should be done first.
