Luo Agagisan glanced at the Earth Queen with a look that said, Say no, say no, say no! He tried to hide it from Ria. He thought Ria was too inexperienced as a soldier and a diplomat for her to be entrusted with the fate of diplomatic relations between the Northern Water Tribe and Earth Kingdom. And plus, that would mean another reason to pick a fight with her rivals. "Um... Ria, I don't think you should do this. Being a diplomat is really hard work, and I don't think you should ruin your pretty face at this stage of your life..."

Ria looked at him. "You think I am preatty... and have no experiance? Have you ever gotten a penguin out of a eight foot snow drift with just some kids, digging with thier hands, and commanding them? I think not! I know what my Tribe wants and needs. You are not to decide for the Queen, or the water benders! Who knows! Maybe the monks want to take a new route! Maybe we should offer an ambassidor to them! Maybe thier ways have changed!" Ria said, clamly but with a hint of disagreement and anger.

Luo Agagisan sighed and slapped his forehead, annoyed. "Alright, alright, do whatever you want. As for the monks, that may be possible, but unlikely. The Air Nomads have been very spiritual, isolating themselves from the outside world for many centuries. However, an ambassador to the Air Nomads won't be a bad idea, but rather... the Air Nomads don't exactly have any political affairs to discuss with the Earth Kingdom. Well, for now let's retire to our residence."

Ria gave her the I know you don't think that seriously look. "I know what my tribe needs, ok. You don't know that I can be serious." Ria looked at her. "But I am now." Ria said happy.

Mei wasn't surprised about the Dai Li member getting upset and confronting her as he did. However, the action had upset her. She had the temper of a firebender, yet she had control over it to a degree. She only wanted the best for the city she ruled over, not to weaken it. However, she did notice a mistake in her observations. Apet had pointed out that if the outer ring was taken out that the protection of those not within the rings would be harder to maintain. "I'm not trying to hurt the Earth Kingdom in any way... I'm trying to make Ba Sing Sae better for the people that live within it... " she muttered under her breath as she gripped the arms of the throne tightly. She had a feeling that she would now have to watch her back after saying what she thought, the Dai Li claimed to be uncorrupt, but their ways were still questionable.
She was listening in on the conversations about the Middle Ring and about the Ambassadors for the Air Nomads and Water Tribes. "The ambassadors should hold a political or military rank in their nation, preferably both... It not only makes the meetings more interesting but they tend to know what is best for their nation defensively and in general..." She didn't want to upset the girl, but Mei questioned her ability to be the Ambassador for her tribe. She smiled at Luo's comment about ruining her pretty face. "I have to admit.. it's true, you should see mine under all this makeup," she laughed jokingly. She was kidding around, the only makeup she was actually wearing was lightly put on around her eyes.

(Hmmm...well...if I were to join the group, which type of person would you like? The cold silent type, the shy timid one, or perhaps the witty prankster?!....I like making each character have that 3-d vibe :3 Plus you picking out the personality helps me not feel guilty about joining your group ALONG with helping me pick out an element for bending)
