Oh that's nothin', Alien possibly an enemy if the right buttons are pushed.
Though I have met a species that did have spikes similar to yours, fantastic civilization though a little on the reptillian side.

Human or humanoid alien; probably in the middle of a huge conflict. Then you bump into the Doctor. At first you don't trust him but then he goes on to solve all your problems.
