Landing on the top of monument hill, Squall glances down at the village. Sighing he watches everyone move back and forth in the village- his long black overcoat swaying in the wind like his feelings. It's been so long since I abandoned my position as Teikage... I wander if anything has changed around here? A small smile emerges on Squall's face as he has returned home.
This grin, however, soon turns into an explosion of anger. Clentching his fists he yells. "I hate this village! There is nothing left for me here! I couldn't save Kenshin... I couldn't find Lup... There is nothing here other than bad memories..."
Breathing heavily, Squall slowly calms. Not knowing of what to do, he decides to walk away from the village aimlessly once more, in hope of finding Lup.

He turned and saw Kouken Captain Joic. He looked at him in surprise and got down on his knee and bowed.
"Joic-sama, forgive me for not seeing you and bowing down sooner. I was just...."
Genji seemed to be lost in thought.
