Reckless charge-a power boost of 1.25. This technique last one post
1st level-1.25
2nd level-2.5
3rd level 3.75
so on and so on
Onslaught assualt- Another one post power booster that increases your power level x2.5. Need to have mastered Reckless chare lv 1
1st level 2.5
2nd level 5
3rd level 7.5
Blinded frenzy-increases power level by x3.75. Need to have mastered Onslaught Assault lv 1
Final Blow-increases users pl by x15. After this technique is used, the user dies.

Arched bruser- A ki blast the goes that goes in an angle in the sky and blows up into multiple orbs of ki that hit anything in their paths.

Advanced Regeneration- You regenerate faster.
Ki spears- Fingers turn into solid spears and are shot at opponent. Fingers are then replaced by ki taken shape of what was lost which makes the person stronger power level increase- 1.5
immortal arms- user rips off own arms. Arms are then replaced with ki that takes the shape as the amrs. increase by 2.5
quick silver legs- user's legs are replaced by ki and increase of x5
Rib cage grapple- Able to force ki to extend one's rib cage in an attemp to grapple an opponent
Self infusion- The last move. The user destroys his/her body and it is replaced by ki. Power level is increased by 30x. The user then dies after the technique is finished

abilities
Ki control- able to produce ki from anywhere on the user's body
chain extraction- able to steal ki away from opponents while in contact. Can only use every other 15 posts in a battle
Bombarded destruction- shoots small ki blasts from all over your body at once and they hit whatvere is in their way
wayward shield-this ability creates ki barriers around your arms. This allows you to dflect ki blasts with ease every 6 posts
ki protection- only mastered if ki control is mastered. Provides protection per level

2nd 10%
3rd 15

mind trance- another version of solar flare except that the abiltiy to sense ki is blocked
nitemare gloom- gives you the ability to create the opponents worse nightmare. The creature doesn't do anything damage except for fear itself
thought creater- able to create beings from your mind. Each one created has 1/10 of your power level

abilties
unholy darkness- creates a darkness that prevents all sight
reanimation- this technique takes a day to work. After collecting remnants of one creature a player may bring that object in an undead state. The created has 1/2 the users power level. The down side is that if the created is destroyed, the creater loose 1/2 of his/her power level for a day and can't creat another being for two days
dark armor- user is able to morph the bones of the dead to his/her bosy and creates a sort of armor and loses it after the battle. deflects 5% of damege per level
underground upheaval- able to travel underground without being detected
buried alive- a hand to hand comabt technique where your able to grapple a person and bring them underground unti lthe y break free or die
misshapen form- able to augment your body into a spirit for quick get-a-ways. Undetectabkle by anymeans

The decease rturn- able to shift one place with someone who has just died

Holy absorbtion- able to absorb a spirit bomb to increase your power levle by what ever the spirit bomb's X is
Choas power- able to absorb a revenge death ball and its power increases yours
reign of the unchosen- able to switch from good to evil on command
Song of a thousand brids- able to creat a power ki blast in one arma nd is able to punch through anything. a three post power up

Repentance. the prison planet
A forgotten planet out in space.Repentance was used as a prison to house criminals from all over the galaxy. Only a handful know that it still exists after what happened many years ago.
A dreary day as usual on Repentance, the guards didn't expect what was coming next. The prisoners who usually hated each other put aside their differences for the time people and waged war on the guards. Demetri, a sayain and warden of the planet tried to stop this mess but to his dismay it was going to end quietly. The guards were out numbered 7 to 1 but their strength corrected the difference. As years past Demetri's son, Devious took charge of the prison as the war was still going on. The prisoners by then had taken over half of the planet. For another 20 years the guards held there ground after constant assualt from the prisoners until one day the prisoners finally did the impossible. There were restraints placed on the prisoners to use certain abilities by a generator on the planet. The prisoners found the generator and destroyed it, releasing their true strengths. In no time the prisoners started to take over more and more of the war until the guards were backed up against a wall. Beleive it or not there were families also living on the planet with the guards. These few managed to create ships to bring their chilldren out of that hell hole and be brought up in a better place. Devious sent his only living kin to earth with the map to Repentance. 10 more years passed and things settled down. the guards gave up and some were allowed to live oddly enough. Devious is one that made uo the treaty to end the war and soon took control of repentance as its leader. Even though Devious became the leader the planet was divided into six races(( namekian, Sayain, Human, Evil beings, Good guys and androids)).
I will be rping as Devious. Like kami, Grand kai and Dabura the only way to train with Devious is when I am controlling him or if I give you some permission. There are infinite people to fight but only a few teach techniques so don't piss people off. So Have fun

abilities-
Shadow dragon- uses ki to create a dragon from the shadows. If someone is consumed by the dragon, they loose 1/10 of their power level for the rest of the fight
defying roar- raises your power level by the level our on for the remainder of the fight (( 20 levels))
1st lv.1
2nd lv.1.5
3rd lv.2
4th lv. 2.5
5th lv. 3
second victor- user's ki surrounds his/her body. When he/she does a hand to hand combat technique, the attack can not be dodge as if the person misses, the ki hits.
darkness Armorgedan- User power ups to his/her max. His/her ki becomes dense and becomes stronger. The user the releasing the ki, hitting everything in a specific area
anglic protection- User's ki creates wings on his/her back. The wings protect the user against agains attacks up to x2 their power level. If the opponents power level is more than th wings shatter. Only protect attack ki blasts
Living savior- The user directs all ki blast at him/her. This way the user takes all the damage and know one else gets hurt
Ultimate Showdown- User grabs onto opponents hand and both are stuck to each other. Then its just a punching match to see who falls first
destiny arrow- user creates a bow and arrow out of ki. The user puts all of his/her ki into the attack or even go as far as life force. If life force is usde, the user dies

Abilities-
THunder punch- strengthen by electricity this move isn't something to mess with
surge-able to shape electricity at your will to extend your arms
sonicboom- a soundwave attack. Causes opponents to lose their sence of blance
lightning advocate- user is able to transform into light energy and is able to move at light speed while in combat for one post

Abilties-
blaze- arms become consumed in flames. Users are able to shoot fire balls
oxygen destroyer- able to destroy all oxygen is a certain area
spark- user throws a barrage of ki blasts at opponent and when they are about to hit they explode sending flame on the opponent
fire storm- able to transform your body into a fire giant for a duration of time x10 your power level
