RAW- June 14, 2010

-NXT promo/Barrett is fired- This almost pissed me off until the end of Raw.

-Miz beat R-Truth, John Morrison, and Zack Ryder for the US Title- A title change right before a PPV! The US title meaning something again! mrgreen

-Evan Bourne beat Chris Jericho due to Disqualification- Not much to say except Bourne should have gotten a clean pin becuase a DQ doesn't push him well.

-Cena promo/NXT run in/WWE fights back- Went as expected. Is it wrong for me to have wanted a car to suddenly run over Santino while he was standing there? I honestly thought they would do that because it looked like Barrett ran the opposite way of everyone else, so I was hoping he would run Santino over and then cut a promo.

-Eve Torres/Gail Kim beat Maryse/Alicia Fox- *shakes head* Why was Gail left out of this match? They've done this time and again with diva tag matches. Why does the face partner just stand and cheer?

-Big Show/Mark Feuerstein beat Ted DiBiase/Virgil- rolleyes Excuse me I have to barf.

-Santino beat Regal- Regal deserves better than this s**t, the man can work so let him work.

-Cena/Orton vs. Sheamus/Edge- Funny story: Cena hits the shoulder block I mutter "Five moves of Doom" now my DVR must have skipped because the next thing I see is the NXT guys trashing the back. I'm laughing saying that Cena's matches are so predictable they don't even bother showing the end anymore. Later I find that my DVR did skip due to the storm.

I agree on Vince because limos aren't usually used like that.

-NXT promo/Barrett is fired- Im expecting big stuff from him, I still don't see a wrestler image on him

-Miz beat R-Truth, John Morrison, and Zack Ryder for the US Title- I was KINDA hoping for Ryder, the guy needs attention

-Evan Bourne beat Chris Jericho due to Disqualification- Jericho is becoming a Jobber!!!!

-Cena promo/NXT run in/WWE fights back- getting kinda lame actually

-Eve Torres/Gail Kim beat Maryse/Alicia Fox- I hate that they keep referring to Gail Kim as "Former woman's champion". Yeah back in 2003!! Why are they calling her that if they dont even treat her like one!?!?

-Santino beat Regal- former king of the ring losing to santino??

Former? Isn't he the current? (granted, they haven't done a KOTR promo in a while...)

RAW-June 21, 2010

-Vince McMahon fires Bret Hart as GM of RAW/"New GM" hires all 7 NXT Rookies/Sheamus interrupts and "renounces the belt"...then thanks the NXT guys/Cena interrupts/"New GM" makes the Cena-Sheamus rematch with Vince as special guest referee- Sheamus's swerve was BRILLIANT! Well played. For a moment, I thought they were honestly going to turn him face to fend off the NXT guys. And the "New GM" thing is interesting. I like it. This segment was awesome!

-Chris Jericho beat Evan Bourne- They gave them a lot of time for this match, and none of it was wasted in my opinion. Sure, a couple rehashed spots, but still, excellent match from these two, and it's nice to see Jericho win and still in the company.

-Vince talks with the "New GM"- Let's hear some guesses on who it might be.

-Ted DiBiase fires Virgil and hires Maryse- Upgrade!!!!

-Hart Dynasty interview- So the Usos are still around...I figured we'd have to forget about them by now.

-"Someone" arrives- They didn't explain what's going on with this, but I think it'll have something to do with the "New GM" angle. Maybe it's HHH?

-Natalya versus Tamina ends in no contest due to NXT run-in- NXT even makes Diva matches worth watching!

-NXT promo- I was worried they were going to try to either turn them face or split them up...glad to know that's not the case.

-John Morrison beat Zack Ryder- Not a bad match at all. Morrison's counter to the Rough Ryder was nice. Good match.

-John Cena interview- Typical Cena...

-Khali/Eve Torres beat Alicia Fox/Primo- Didn't really need this match. And comment to Michael Cole's "Alicia Fox capitalized. Eve Torres did all the work." Correction: Gail Kim did all the work.

-Randy Orton threatens NXT/Miz interrupts/Edge spears Orton- Hopefully this will bump Miz up into the main event spot. I mean, WWE already treats him like a main eventer since he's usually the guy going out to all the press junkets (he was representing them at E3). Maybe it's time to start booking him like one?

-Sheamus versus John Cena ends in no contest due to NXT run-in- Another match ends in a no contest (would have been nice to have seen Sheamus get the clean pin), but it was a typical Cena match anyway.

-Vince reveals his involvement with the NXT guys/NXT turns on Vince- So I was right that Vince was involved, but he's not coordinating it I guess. So who's really pulling the strings? And who's the "New GM"? TNA...take note....this is how you do intrigue...

With the exception of the Khali/Eve match, the night was great. Just a great RAW, hands down. And the best part.............NO GUEST HOST!!!!!!

Rob Zombie next week, though, so it shouldn't be all bad.

And as for the ringleader...I think this one is pretty obvious. Its Danielson. Think about it; he would know best how talented the other guys are, having been in the ring with them. He's the only one who would give all 7 of them contracts (yes, even Otunga...), at least, in my opinion.

Did you even see what he did to ******** Rob ********' poser...

And I don't think it's Danielson...with the crowd reaction, you got to bring him back as a face and put him and Cena at the forefront against the NXT guys.

I'm behind due to the wonderful weather we've had.

RAW-June 21, 2010

-Vince McMahon fires Bret Hart as GM of RAW/"New GM" hires all 7 NXT Rookies/Sheamus interrupts and "renounces the belt"...then thanks the NXT guys/Cena interrupts/"New GM" makes the Cena-Sheamus rematch with Vince as special guest referee- A little soon for Bret but alas.

-Chris Jericho beat Evan Bourne- meh

-Ted DiBiase fires Virgil and hires Maryse- Virgil was pointless. Why stop at Maryse? I say have Ted hire a whole bunch of Divas.

-"Someone" arrives- This was the NXT guys I think

-Natalya versus Tamina ends in no contest due to NXT run-in- I was really hoping for a great match but divas and great match no longer fit in the same sentence.

-NXT promo- I was worried they were going to turn them soft due to bitching parents. Thankfully they didn't.

-John Morrison beat Zack Ryder- This was the first time Ryder ever had a good match in my eyes.

-John Cena interview- Ugh. Bathroom.

-Khali/Eve Torres beat Alicia Fox/Primo- I come back from the bathroom and see this. Snack run. Nice moonsault by Eve but otherwise *yawn*

-Randy Orton threatens NXT/Miz interrupts/Edge spears Orton- This is the second time Miz has said what I was thinking. Welcome to the upper class Miz. I don't get the required gesturing for moves now, Orton grabs his face pretending to be crazy and after about a year to "hear voices" then the fist pounding. Edge hits a spear and grabs his hair. What happend to just suddenly attacking without posing?

-Sheamus versus John Cena ends in no contest due to NXT run-in- Typical Cena match with Sheamus still not getting a clean win. Ugh.

-Vince reveals his involvement with the NXT guys/NXT turns on Vince- Nice curve at the end and way to call it Kevin.

mrgreen NO GUEST HOST!!!!!! mrgreen

RAW- June 28, 2010

-NXT guys now known as Nexus/Update on events of last week- Great, they have a name now. Now, get them some merch so that you can market them.

-Sheamus promo/Cena interrupts and offers to team with Sheamus/"New GM" says he'll deal with Nexus next week, but if anyone initiates contact, they'll be suspended (WWE) or fired (Nexus)/Cena tries to get title shot/"New GM" sets Sheamus against Mark Henry for tonight/"New GM" says he'll reveal the 8 members for RAW's MitB later tonight/"New GM" sets Sheamus vs. John Cena cage match at MitB- I'm really starting to like Sheamus. His promos this week and last week have been excellent. I'm also digging the GM angle. I get a new theory like every five minutes... (now I think it'd be cool if it was good ol' JR).

-Hart Dynasty/Natalya versus Usos/Tamina ends in no contest due to Usos sneak attack- Another opportunity to not see the Usos wrestle. Seriously, why are they still around?

-R-Truth interview- Question? Does anyone really care what R-Truth thinks of Nexus?

-Vladimir Kozlov beat Santino Marella- First match of the night, 30 minutes in, and we get this. I'm seriously perplexed about why WWE Creative would hire someone, and tell him to act like he can't wrestle...if he can't wrestle (kayfabe), why did you ******** hire him?

-Khali interview- I thought this would be another stupid "who cares what Khali thinks of Nexus" moment, but no, it became a "who cares if that translator guy doesn't like Khali anymore though he gave no rational reason to not like him" moment.

-Rob Zombie announces the MitB participants: Randy Orton, Miz, R-Truth, Chris Jericho, Evan Bourne, Ted DiBiase, John Morrison, Edge/Edge interrupts and shows why "he'll win MitB"/"New GM" sets a 4-on-4 tag match featuring all 8 participants in the MitB for tonight- I ********' hate Rob Zombie!!!! Not only is he an awful director/screenwriter...he's a s**t actor as well...One-ups McGee can't let Edge get the better of him. "No, you didn't dump my song, I stole it back from you...that's how it was"...shut up, you hack. Why don't you go make another shitty movie so that you can put your horrible actress of wife in it...piece of s**t...Okay, now that that's out of the way, the only guy I really don't like in the MitB from RAW is Orton. I'm okay with the others, but considering how Orton loves to "play politics" in the back...five bucks says he comes out on top...unless Cena can do some real pushing for Bourne to get a title shot (Bourne vs. Cena would be kinda cool...especially if Bourne wins).

-Sheamus beat Mark Henry- It's one of those times where WWE acts like they're giving you something, when they're not actually giving you anything. Example: "Hey, you're going to see a World Title match on RAW tonight" What they mean: "Hey, one of the most undeserving guys on the roster is pretty much gonna lay down after working over this new champ that we're not going to push correctly cause he's just holding the belt until Cena gets it back."

-Nexus interview- No, really...what did that random guy say? Must have been something serious to incur the wrath of.....dun dun DUNNNNNNNNN....Skip Sheffield!

-Ricky Steamboat DVD promo/Arn Anderson, Dean Malenko, Mike Rotundo, and Michael Hayes also come to the ring and say a few things about the Dragon/Nexus interrupts and attacks the HoFers- The first half of this, I marked out like a mother ********. Not over Mike Rotundo so much (though he was funny), but the other guys...hell yeah. Dean Malenko was such an amazing talent in the WCW. And I loved the Freebirds. I still think someone should do a "cover band" gimmick of the Freebirds, but I might be alone on that. But Arn Anderson...yeah, that alone would have been enough to pique my interest. One of the most underrated guys in the business and a guy who should have been a world champ. When he starts talking, my four fingers come up! Diamonds are forever, and so are the Horsemen.........................And then comes the beat down. It was pretty long, but hey, RAW was s**t for the most part tonight. I'm glad Steamboat went down fighting. I'd say make a revenge match, but most of those guys can't even wrestle anymore.

-Maryse/Alicia Fox beat Gail Kim/Eve Torres- I thought Gail Kim would never get into this match....then they tagged her in just to pin her....Seriously, what the hell? Do they still hold a grudge over her going to TNA?

-R-Truth/John Morrison/Evan Bourne/Randy Orton beat Edge/Chris Jericho/Miz/Ted DiBiase- It was a decent/typical big tag team match...with a s**t finish. Orton gets the one-offense win....wow, bet he bitched until he got his way. If he wins MitB, I'm gonna be pissed.

RAW- June 28, 2010

-Sheamus promo/Cena interrupts- Rinse repeat PPV title match because they must have Cena. talk2hand OK seriously, besides the Kurt Angle incident, when was the last time the cage prevented interference? All they do is climb the damn thing or open the door. Why does Cole get a podium? Anyone else notice the emails were all the exact same screen?

-Hart Dynasty/Natalya versus Usos/Tamina ends in no contest due to Usos sneak attack- So these guys only wrestle on PPV or what?

-R-Truth interview- Wasted airtime

-Vladimir Kozlov beat Santino Marella- I'm not even going to dignify this s**t with a comment.

-Khali interview- pointless. So Khali feuds with his manager?

-Rob Zombie announces the MitB participants- We needed Rob Zombie to announce this?

-Sheamus beat Mark Henry-

RAW- July 5, 2010

-Nexus is in the ring at the start awaiting their "fate" at the hands of the "New GM"/Their punishment is that they are not allowed to compete for any WWE titles (until further notice, though Cole later says 3 months) and the ban of not being able to touch Nexus-Superstars has been lifted/Cena leads some Superstars against the Nexus until they are attacked by some of the heel Superstars/The "New GM" states that all 8 members of the MitB match will be in a series of matches and Cena and Barrett will meet to call a truth/Cena threatens Barret and the "New GM" says that Cena will do the right thing...and that's the bottom line...because the "New GM" said so- So now we've got a three-way split, which adds more interest into the angle in my opinion. I liked the idea of Nexus, but them taking on the entire company is a little unrealistic (even in a fake sport). With the split, it makes them a bigger threat as they can now pick and choose certain guys to influence and try to sway them one way or the other. And as for the "New GM", if the Creative team is doing one thing right, they're getting people talking. Is it Austin? I don't think so. I think it's a swerve. If it is Austin, cool. That's awesome. If not, if they can at least keep us guessing and deliver on a shocker which either gets a huge pop or draws the right kind of heat, it will have paid off.

-Ted DiBiase beat John Morrison- I had to watch this match on mute because Maryse's voice irritates me....and so does Cole's. Average, sub-par match. Weak finish. Ho-hum, what's new?

-Santino and Kozlov in the back- They shouldn't even be allowed in the arena...and I'm glad Cole corrects Santino later...God forbid they offend any Russians who happen to be watching...

-Santino Marella/Vladmir Kozlov beat William Regal/Khali- Fire the three of those guys and take all that time and effort they spend on them, and direct it solely at ********' deserves better.

-Arn Anderson interview/Sheamus interrupts-Arn Anderson is a guaranteed mark-out moment...and I wish he would have beat the snot out of Sheamus. Would have made my night. Instead, I'll just have to settle for sharks patrolling around the butthole (he said "mudhole" but I completely misheard him).

-R-Truth and Miz ends in no contest due to Miz's sneak attack- My initial reaction was that they need to stop with all these "no contest" matches. It's seriously frustrating, regardless of the fact that these two have wrestled each other quite a bit these past several weeks, and none of them (except the 4-way) were really all that good. But the sneak attacks are just cheap and overused at this point. I'll get to why I was eventually okay with this in a minute.

-The Cutting Edge with Jericho and Evan Bourne/"New GM" asks if the fans want to see some action, to give him a "Hell Yeah", and then makes a tag team match: Edge and Jericho vs. Bourne and Orton- The Bourne push continues!

-Evan Bourne/Randy Orton beat Chris Jericho/Edge- Pretty good match. Match of the night in fact (which isn't saying much considering...). And we all know why Randy RKO'd Bourne...he's jealous that Evan's getting a push over him because Orton is a pretentious, jealous little p***k....Seriously though, it was a good way to build tension for the MitB match, even though it was expected.

-Orton runs into Nexus backstage-More Orton face time so that people won't forget about him. God forbid that happen...he might have to get more people fired...

-R-Truth is taken out of the RAW MitB match/Two openings in the SD MitB match-I'm curious to see who they replace R-Truth with. If it's Mark Henry, I'm going to be pissed. There are much more talented men than him...not to mention he won't be able to get his fat a** up a ladder. I'm also interested to see what happens with those two open spots in the SD MitB match. Anyone have any ideas who's getting those three spots?

-The "New GM" makes the Usos vs. the Hart Dynasty for MitB/Usos interview/Alicia Fox interview-1) Are the Usos really only there to do PPVs? Seriously, what the hell? 2) Well, Jimmy and Jay, no one can tell you apart cause no one's really seen all that much of you. You probably could have had your names written on your foreheads and that still wouldn't have helped. 3) After her promo, as generic as it was, I do wonder why they don't put her on the mic more?...Oh right...cause no one cares about the Diva's title...

-Alicia Fox beat Eve Torres- Actually, the match wasn't bad...until the finish. You know, if you want us to care about women's wrestling...PUT ON DECENT MATCHES! This was clearly Creative's fault on this one.

-The "New GM" makes Randy Orton/Edge for next week- Cause we haven't seen that one hundred times already....

-Wade Barrett calls out John Cena to shake his hand/Cena says he doesn't want a truce/Negotiations break down and there's a brawl between Nexus and the Superstars/The "New GM" says to stop or there will be consequences/Cena continues the attack/The "New GM" says that Cena will now take on the entire Nexus group next week/Cena beats up Darren Young- You know...I liked this side of Cena they were showing at the end. If he was more "ruthless aggression" and less "never-say-die underdog", he'd be far more interesting.

RAW- July 5, 2010

-Nexus opening- Interesting how the GM favors each side. With that and the catch phrases in mind, I don't think it's Austin. I see the GM using all the phrases from past favorites and then being the last guy anyone thought it would be at the end. I want to say Shane McMahon but I'm not 100%

-Ted DiBiase beat John Morrison- I kinda like what they are doing here. Ted will never get main event like his dad but he could be a strong midcard. Maryse already has the rich b***h attitude so the mesh well.

-Santino and Kozlov in the back- talk2hand

-Santino Marella/Vladmir Kozlov beat William Regal/Khali- Do they not realize that Regal could push new talent instead of being made a joke along with this bunch?

-Arn Anderson interview/Sheamus interrupts-Arn did a good job considering what he was given. Sheamus either had bad material or forgot his lines because he sounded so ******** stupid.

-R-Truth and Miz ends in no contest due to Miz's sneak attack-
When Miz and Morrison broke up, I figured Miz was going to fade away, damn I was wrong. He has become one of the best heels I've seen this generation, all I ask is that they don't turn him into Jericho, I like him having energy.

-The Cutting Edge with Jericho and Evan Bourne- Needed more Bourne in the segment.

-Evan Bourne/Randy Orton beat Chris Jericho/Edge- The match was good. I like that suplex counter of the shots to the face while upside down. The Jericho vs Edge is a pretty loose fit. You would think they would be a little better allies. If you didn't see the RKO coming at the end of the match, hit yourself.

-Orton runs into Nexus backstage- Why Orton? Making him heel would be too drastic at this point so it's obvious he won't work with Nexus. I do have to agree that Randy is getting a lot of air time as of late.

-R-Truth is taken out of the RAW MitB match/Two openings in the SD MitB match- I'm curious as to why R-Truth was pulled out.

Kevin put my thoughts down word for word.

-Alicia Fox beat Eve Torres- talk2hand Granted Eve is not steller but she has the form of a female wrestler, she's thick and not a twig. Eve has also done well in the ring but of course Creative would rather a 98 pound stick be the champ.

-The "New GM" makes Randy Orton/Edge for next week- What more can these two give us we haven't seen before. I'm gonna predict "No Contest" due to run in.

-Wade Barrett calls out John Cena to shake his hand- ABOUT ******** TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cena shows a dark violent side. THANK YOU WRESTLING GODS! Now just drop the whole goody two shoes routine and keep him balanced, then critics like myself might not hate him.
