*stands up and walks over to Eds desk* "um well you look tired so ill keep this breif but in short i need to get some citizenship papers...you see ive been in this village as long as yami was but never technically was a resident..seeing as i couldnt show my face and all" so is there some form or interveiw process or is it just a fourm to fill out?" *looks at ed and waits for reply* ((yami's dead, he might start a new char but he doesnt know yet, if you want the story pm me and ill sum it up)) ((sry about the whole he she mix up, i should have read teh book of shinobi entry closer))

*raises an eyebrow and looks up from the papers he was filling out* wait, earn my headband? i take it showing you my headband from my old village wouldnt count, i hope it will because i really dont want to seem cocky but i'm afraid if i fought a genin i would end up acidentily killing somone. you see back in cloud i was a jonin, with yami but i was killed during a mission and its a long story but basiciallyi was a jonin before i "died" and became yamis gaurdian angel (during the time when he rp'ed here) and now that hes dead i'm living my own life again, with all my powers returned to me. i still have my cloud headband around here somewhere. *rumages through pack* a slight metal shound is heard *here we go* pulls out a heavily scarred cloud headband and whatever ninjas use for id to prove he was a jonin back in the day*

((i would go back but yami gave me this really well created character that he had made for his story line and it says i'm a jonin (or was before i died) and i'm afraid my char might hurt a genin seriously if i had to re-earn my headband, that would be like kakashi fighting kiba back when he was in teh acedemy or something, it deff wasnt fair because my character had all of yamis powers, (he stole them from me when died) so i have all his jonin jutsus and the ability to aptly use them))

"alright, thanks" *finishes filling out forms* "um actully sir, i dont have a jonin vest, it was overly cumbersome during my time watching yami and i had to get rid of it so i guess ill have to get a new one or something, anyways thanks for not having to make me hassle with the acedemy again. i'll be on my way now if thats all you need from me" *mizu smiled* "and sir from the looks of it, it would take a greater man than i to slay somone like you "

*puts on vest* "thanks a bunch its just the right size. anyway ill be off now. ive got some loose ends to tie up" *mizusaka thanks ed one more time and leaves*

Him enters the Teikage office, knowing its empty. He pulls out a slip of paper and posts it onto the wall. He turns and leaves.
The notice:

A man appears dressed in a long black cloak. He wears the headband of the Village Hidden in Black Fire. He enters the office and sits crouches, waiting for the Teikage.

Yami quickly darts inside the Office and examines the place. "He's not here, nor has he be...." Yami notices the scroll of the desk. "He's already been here crap."
