Neo-Blade watched the kid get hit and turned in to a mouse.
"That took cared of that annoyance."
Neo-Blade walked away from the alley. Then jumped on a building where can still watch the alley. He was waiting to see the mouse sneak out of the hole.

as he said this he jumped to a different building.
