Yellow-kun
Officer Jenny nodded and made careful notes about each pokemon. "Of course. I'll leave this form here with you to fill out. Any distinguishing characteristics on any of the pokemon should be listed in details below their species and any nicknames they go by. I'll come by in the morning to pick that up. Is that ok?"
((Gah, I'm sorry it's taken so long to reply! End of school mixed with illness never does one's social life well.))
For the first time in his life, Prof. William Aspen accepted the paperwork from officer Jenny gratefully. "Yes yes, I'll have this completed as soon as possible, officer," He responded, "And if you find them, please be gentle with them. This is their first time away from the lab without supervision, so they may get upset easily, especially the younger ones." He walked to the door of the storage area and gestured to the front doors. "Now, if you'll excuse me, this lab also doubles as my home and I'd like to get some rest. You can show yourself out once you're done investigating the 'crime scene'." With that, he ventured down the hall to his - and his assistant's - living quarters.
The living quarters, which were hidden behind a door at the end of the hall, were more like a cheap college dorm than an actual apartment. The main living area was as sparse as such a cramped space could manage - no furniture save for a run-down couch covered in holes and scorchmarks, a television propped up on a wooden crate, and a wobbly-legged dining table with two mismatched chairs. The room behind the door on the left was his, while the one to the right was Fiona's, the only good thing about their closet-sized dwellings was that they had their own bathrooms.
If anyone told you that scientists were well-payed, they were lying. Badly.
When prof. Aspen entered their
very humble abode, he noticed that he wasn't getting shot at by that little firecracker Fiona called a Pokemon. In fact, Magby was passed out on the couch; his belly bulging from a satisfying dinner. On the other side of the room, Fiona was seated at the table looking over all the files on their missing Pokemon. She was probably worrying about them and thinking about how Magby could have been stolen as well if she hadn't taken him in. If he hadn't been causing problems with the other Pokemon, the researchers, and messing up the experiments, he would be gone as well.
