I grew up on country music, and i like it belcause you can listen to the music and understand the words at the same time. I like music that i can sing to.

I like country music because I grew up with it, plus it's great music for partys and when you're relaxing with a nice cold beer, or when you're hanging out with some friends drinking whiskey.

i was booooorn countrryyyy and this country's what i loooove.
sorry. i had to do that. i've listened to country music my whole life. our family has been into the old west since well, since my dad moved from North Dakota to Texas, and my mom moved to the farm in the hills. we used to do re-enactments of gunfights and comedy rutines when i was growing up, that all stopped when my dad got his new motorcycle thought. hmm, back on track, i still listen to country, ever radio in our house is tuned to it, it turns on when the garage light turns on, etc etc.

I started to listen to country music as a topic to talk about with my parents. Although we are very close, there was like nothing we could really chat about. So, I started to listen to their music, and now I love it!

i grew up with country music so it feels natural for me although i do listen to other music as well most of the time i'm listening to country it is soothing or it makes me wanna dance biggrin

It's about life. And it has real feeling about it. It's not only about sex. There are songs that are actually about real love between people. And the songs aren't only about sex. Country songs can be about anything.

My friend's family listened to it alot, I hang out with him alot and well it kind of rubbed off. Rock is still my #1 though.

I grew up listening to country, my grandma lives in a very small town and it was pretty much my second home, and I just guess that's how small towns are.

Theres a few reasons why I like Country music;
I live in the Country
Its what my parents would listen to when I was little
All the songs have a good meaning
You can actually understand it
I can relate to some of the songs
I'm just a Country Girl

I like country music because it always puts me in a good mood. And Its fun to drive with hahaha.

I'm gonna say two reasons:
One, I started listening since I was seven, and we all know how impressionable 7 year olds are.
And Two, 90% of the songs have a good message or a good laugh (Goodbye Earl is my favorite "makes-me-laugh" song... shoot me if you must) without all sorts of crazy cusswords. whee
