The bell rang signaling time for lunch period. Danny sprang from his seat and ran out of the class room. He was starving. Danny stopped running when he got out of lancers class and walked down the hall towards the cafeteria. "Finally...lunch." He said to himself.

(I'm also gonna rp Mari's best friend Cate if you don't mind. Just to make sure everyone knows, her name's pronounced like kate, and she's a quite a bit more normal. She's going to stay human through the whole thing.)
Mari walked out of class to lunch. She sat down next Cate at lunch, tray in hand. Today's lunch looked like it might be pizza, or sewage. She sighed and pulled out a can of whipped cream.
"Everything tastes better with whipped cream. Including tacos." She smiled and proceded to empty the whole can on top of her meal, spraying the last bits in her mouth. She put the now empty can on top of her head and started to work her way through the cream.
"Mari, you realize that it doesn't actually make the pizza any better, you just never get to it. You're basically eating sugar for lunch. And tacos? Could you be any more random?" Mari shrugged.After all, I'll get sick less if I only eat the sugar...er cream. School lunches are worse than eating out of the trash. Ugh She shuddered a little, causing the can to fall off her head, making a loud metallic ping as it hit the floor. A few heads turned, but then saw it was only her and continued eating.
"So, I've got detention this afternoon. More fun than a ghost attack, though I wouldn't be surprised if it got cut short becasue of one. I'm not hungry anyways." She started scooping cream on top of Cate's tray. "Just 'cause I know you love it." She grinned. She decided she was gonna act normal for a little while. She leaned back in her chair a little, relaxing. She pulled out her flame-patterned kazoo and started humming along to Mary Had A Little Lamb. The other students, being used to this sort of thing as well, simply ignored her and continued eating.
"So, after detention wanna go skating in the park?" Cate asked. Mari shrugged. Skating was fun, but falling wasn't. She wasn't completely uncoordinated, but she still fell, alot. Even so, she enjoyed it more than most physical things, so she nodded.
"But onwy if I can bwing by deaw kazoooooo." She said. Cate nodded. Even though Mari brought the kazoo everywhere, she didn't always play it. Even so, this was gonna be crazy.Unleash your dark side at circus gothica!

(I'm thinking Mari's gonna not be a main character for a little while, since she has no reason to interact with any of the main characters. Of course, if anyone wants to, for some odd reason, add the wierd hyper girl into their conversation, I'm on almost 24/7, and will probably add my part within half an hour, less if I'm not the only out here. Also, do you think that we should try and find a time when we're all online, so we can make it go any faster, like decide to all get on a one time tomorrow or something?)

Mari smiled a little as she heard a few other students declaring the pizza inedible as well. She wasn't sure what she wanted to do next, so she just listened to the conversation flowing around her. Just listening to the world around her allowed her to know things such as who was going out with who and who dumped who. Not that she cared. She knew a few little secrets, like the fact that Paulina had been swooning over the ghost boy so much that she'd forgotten to make fun of some of the geeks in the school. That surprised Mari, but she figured even some of the snobbiest people in school had to have someone that they actually loved. She didn't really know any of the guys well, but wasn't really sure if it mattered. She had her best friend, and randomness. Combined, she never had a dull moment. She stretched a little in her seat.
"Nice to get out of class, I can't wait till after detention. I mean, when is 'Mr. L dude' gonna figure out that it doesn't work? It never works for me or anyone else. Especially the Fenton kid. Sometimes his friends too. I can't blame them, Lancer's a bore. He never even laughs when I say that Romeo and Juliet was originally written in Pig Latin!" She smiled a little. Cate agreed. "After all," Mari continued, "teachers don't seem to realize that some of us have almost no social life and a crazy family. I'd rather sit in detention than listen to my parents tell me exactly how many centimeters away from earth Neptune's going to be on my birthday. My 20th. And Amy never shuts up about her favorite tv show, something about a guy who runs around in circles to stop evil chickens from taking over some far-off planet. At least Chris doesn't bother me all that much, hanging with his band and such." She stared at the table for a little, trying to memorise all the names and years that had been carved into it since Casper High got new tables. That was like 50 years ago.

(Oh good, I'm on EST too. Like Mari, I have no social life this weekend. How about like 1:00pm? Or maybe later this evening? BTW, I would've posted sooner, but I'm drawing a picture of Mari. (I'll be up as late as I feel like, so if we can get Hallanna, Fury, and or Metalweregarurumon on, we'll have a good few hours of rping. All would be preferable. The program I use for art is slightly better than paint, and I haven't had it very long. (Yea, I had trouble coming up with stuff. I guess Danny could suddenly be possessed into talking to Mari or something, but that would be weird. xd I'm so happy I saved a few minutes ago, it locked up. I still have to redo her outfit though, what fun. After this, I'm gonna do her ghost form.
