Alex chuckled. "That's easy," she said walking down the hall looking for her locker. "You know me. He doesn't like me much." When she found her locker, she put her stuff in it and took out a notebook and a pen. Today was the first day of school so they didn't really need much.

"Are there many that he doesn't like?" Damian asked looking for his locker. He found it a few lockers down from Alex's. He grabbed a notebook and a pencil. "Who do you have for first period?

Alex smirked. "Not really," she said, "More like a select few." She wasn't really about to say that it was really only Tom, Bill, Vlad, and Alex were the one's he did like. Now becuase Damian was hanging with her, he was added to his "hated" list.

Damian found gum in his pockets. He didn't take it out. Reason, cause they were made from blood. He gets his gum from James, his father's half-brother. Damian's eyes turned into a clear pale color. He looked down. "I have to get to science." he said and practically ran off.

"Okay," Alex replied as he ran off. Her eyes held a hint of sadness. Why does he keep running off? she thought. Then an option hit her. "Maybe he doesn't like me," she said to herself sadly. She grabbed a notebook and pencil and slammed her locker shut before heading off to her favorite class. Mythology.
((Now would be the perfect time to welcome in Otis, Jack. ^^))

I know she must think I don't like her, Damian said in his head. He walked into the science classroom. The teacher, he didn't quite get her name, stopped him at the doorway. "What is your name?"
"Damian. Damian Syntek." he replied trying to get past her.
"You are not in my class." She told him.
"What? Yes I am." He handed her his schedule.
"Hm.." She thought for a while. "Go to the principles office and he'll straighten this out because I don't have you on my list."
Damian walked down the hallway to the office. Otis was sitting at his desk looking through the list of students he had first period. He smiled at the sight that he would have Vlad and Alex in his class. "Good Morning, Alex." he said as she walked into his classroom.

Alex's frown was replaced with a bright smile. "Good morning, Ot- I mean.. Mr. Otis," she said, "Funny seeing you here." She walked over to her desk that was in the middle row but by the window. That was her favorite seat. When she didn't feel like paying attention she could just look out the window. "I havn't seen Vlad around," she said, setting down her things and sitting down.

"Vladimir will be here any minute. He had to do something for Vikas." Otis said. "Now Alex, I don't want you to go to your own little world. Pay attention. I will not hesitate to kick you out of my classroom." Otis grinned.
Damian walked out of the principal's office. "Ok...I have mythology...great." he grumbled.

Alex smiled and nodded. "Can do," she said, "I love your class, Mr.Otis." She meant what she said too. She loved Otis as a teacher, but she was mostly excited becuase one of her best friends was going to be in her class with her. Vladimir Tod.

The class was about to begin in a few minutes and Vlad still hasn't gotten to school. Otis greeted his students as they walked in. One boy walked in, his eyes were transparent, you could see the outline and, it surprised Otis to see such an abnormal eye color. That wasn't the only thing that did, though. The feeling that a vampire, other than Alex, was in the classroom. He was sure it was that boy with the odd eye color. "Alex see me after class...and you." Otis pointed at the boy.
Damian was shocked, What I do now? he asked himself. He put his stuff on the desk in the very back far left. He sat down and looked up at the board.
"I assure you both that you are not in any trouble." Otis said as he grabbed a piece of chalk and wrote what they'll be discussing during the class period. Vampires. He was going to do the same as he did to Vlad in the 8th grade year but instead of Vlad it will be Damian. Otis turned around and made eye contact with Damian. His eyes were blue now.

Alex smiled as Damian walked into the classroom. She was glad that he would be in her class, too. This year looked like it was going to be a good one. When Otis told her that he needed to talk to her and Damian, Alex sighed and nodded. "Yes, sir," she said. What's going on, Otis? She asked him telepathically.

Otis turned around, We'll discuss it after class, he said to Alex through telepathy. "Hello, Class, I am Mr. Otis, your mythology teacher. Our topic for today is Vampires." Otis looked at Damian.
Damian swallowed hard. Why is he looking at me as if I'm one...oh yeah? he said inside his head.

Vlad walked in the classroom, "Sorry I'm late, Ot-- Mr.Otis." Vlad apologized as he sat at the desk next to Alex's, "Hi." he said to her.
Ryan Luellen entered his classroom. The class was full of students. They all seemed like a respectful class. Great to work with. "Good Morning. I'm sorry I am late. Anyways, I am Mr. Luellen and I am your English teacher.

"Thank you for interrupting my class, Vladimir. See me after class." he said. He began to take attendance. He looked at Vlad. "No talking. Today we will be talking about Vampires. Each of you will write an essay about vampires. You could use your imagination but please use the internet and books to get some 'facts'." Otis told the class about their homework assignment. "I have a question for Alex...Do you think vampires are real?" he asked but he was looking at Damian.
Damian was beginning to feel uncomfortable.
