its an inside joke, on how odin gave up one of his eyes for wisdom, he uses a wide brimmed hat or his harir to cover it. Emo hair style is sterotypically mostly covering a single eye. see the connection?

My favourite mythological figures have got to be: Set (!!!), Gwyn ap Nudd, Topileta, aaaand... Qetesh. Maybe Ishtar, too. Oh, and also Hades. And Oberon. And Freya. And Morrigan.
Dude, if somebody made a movie and Set was in it, I think David Bowie should play him. He'd be perfect! Even though he can't act. At all. But still, something about his physique always makes me think of Set. Or maybe it was that bright red hair he had as Ziggy Stardust?

My favourite mythology character is Loki definitely, I love to read stories about that adorable trickster! My favourite god is Anubis though Hades is a close second, my favourite goddess is Artemis, my favourite beast deity is Byakko, tiger god of the west and my favourite dragon is Ao-Kuang biggrin being that he's my namesake.

Skadi! xd Skadi! Skadi! AKA Skade. She's a minor role in Norse Myths, but I LOVELOVELOVE her.
She's a winter huntress, daughter of the Frost Giant that the Vanir slew. She's married to (???) God of Oceans. Long story.
BIG PERSONALITY CLASH!
So they separate. Basically, I LOVE her independence and un-blondeness, in contrast to like... Frejr, Frigg, Freya, etc. She's independent of men and won't hesistate to cut your head off.

That was a good story. For anyone who doesn't know, Skadi demanded to pick any of the god of her choice. The gods said OK, as long as she chose just by their feet.
She thought that she picked Baldr, but Njord's feet were all nice and clean from walking on the sand and in the sea and she picked him instead. And everyone laughed.
Except Njord, who was kinda annoyed if I remember correctly.

Chiron the Centaur is my favorite because he was agreat healer, trained many heroes and wasn't a drunkard like the other centaurs.
