im trying to stop cutting but i can always find time to cut... it be came so bad tat one day i douldnt find my knife and my house key so i started crying... that made my friend really worried... im even worriedd bout myself... emo Mousestar just remember, its in the name of this guild, u r not alone. we r here for u, and always will. if need anything feel free to contact any of us. im sure we will help. they r helping me. i want to give thanks to the one who gave me the advice. im playing my music. i started another band. and im too busy to cut but there r still cuts but they will fade to scars.

Exactly. I named this guild That for a reason. (: Cutting is difficult to stop doing. One thing I know that helped me. Was every time you get the urge to cut, Rip paper up instead..

I'm Ally and I have depression and sometimes it's gets deep on bad days. I used to be a cutter but I don't do it anymore a friend and I made a pact on not to ever again and well we haven't.
