Unsure what to do, but wanting desperately to see her love again she snapped her wings opened and took off into the sky. She flew as high as she could, closing her eyes amd letting her instincts guide her.
((Hey if there's an evil Rikkei somewhere around here... where is he?))

Rikkei: *Seeing her take to the skies, he looked over to Spring Fur#2* "Is it true? Is it glowing?"
Spring Fur#2: "Yes... It is glowing profoundly..."
Rikkei: *To Dashaco* "Master Dashaco! Come on!"

"hold on" *He crushes the man that was charging him and turns to Rikkei.* "Yes lets go." *He turns and takes to the air. He searches for Kasumi and begins to follow her.*

With her eyes still closed she flew instinctively. No matter how the magicians had tried to sever her tie to Dashaco, it had remained strong. They could only warp it and make it give her pain instead of hope. Kasumi suddenly dropped from the sky and landed on a ridge of a rocky outcrop. She dropped her head and let a mournfull cry escape. "I'm a fool for believing...." she whispered to herself.

*He glides past her. Letting his mind wander. then his mind links onto one memory and one phrase. he lets the phrase ring out of his mind. hey I'll race you? He then turns around and hovers just infront of the cliff eged. He tillts his head in the direction of is grave.* "I'll race you there?" *He cocks his head and smiles.*

the challenge filled her mind as well as her ears. "I'll beat you!" her competitive side took over as she launched into the air, forgetting herprevious thoughts. She flew past him, picking up speed with each beat of her pale blue wings.

*A larg grin appers on his face and he turns and begins to try and catch up. With every wing beat he gets a little bit closer to her.* dang she is fast in this realm.

Satisfaction filled her as she saw him barely keeping up.
She slowed and let him pass her as she sensed strong magic in the air.

Kasumi hesitates, "I'm not sure. The magic is blocking my other senses." She looks around but her vision is slightly blury, her nose wasn't telling her anything and all she could hear was the wind whistling through her scales. "what can you sense?" she asked a litle nervously as she tried in vain to find the source of the magic distortion.

Kasumi looks down at it. I wonder if it's safe? she wondered. But her senses where too clogged to tell her much.
She folded her blue wings and dived for the vegitation, her talon's extended and her mouth slightly open ready to unleash hell on what ever threat might be lurking amongst the shrubbery.
