Sorano_Kita Harvested Sorrow MetalHead76 I don't have an LZ shirt.. The only ones around here are hugely popular, and I don't want to have the same one as everyone else. Plus, I don't really like any of them enough to spend as much as they're priced for. I'm looking online for a vintage concert tee or something. Blasphemy. Wearing T-shirts from concerts you never went to = bad. xp But...I can't complain. I have the Stairway To Heaven/Zoso (Sozo, what the ******** ever...) T-shirt...and every goddamn poser around has that now, since it's at Hot Topic! If only I'd knew.... stressed Ugh! I know what you mean. I have a Houses of the Holy shirt I found on eBay for under $10. But yea, I got quite a few (and by quite a few I mean 4, heh) Zeppelin tees as it were. Many of which (and by many of which I mean all, minus the one off of eBay) other people have because I too went to Hot Topic and got them. Oh well...I don't care anymore about other people wearing them....it's all good, spread the love guys. PS--YES! Wearing shirts from concerts you didn't go to is ALWAYS bad. Meh, I just don't like it when people that don't know s**t about a band start wearing the t-shirts. sweatdrop

The trend at my school is to wear AC/DC sharts you can buy at Wal-Mart. gonk
And since AC/DC is pretty much my favorite band,this makes me sad.

And since AC/DC is pretty much my favorite band,this makes me sad. They sell AC/DC shirts at Wal-Mart, now? I was wondering where all those bastards at school get them....>_>

*raises hand so far it takes orbit* Zep are my favourite band EVER. My idol is Bonzo. My band (check out my WWW bar) covers a load of Zep songs, which makes me happy as Larry. (I play drums). Their best song was either Kashmir, Black Dog, The ocean or one of their bluesy ones (or even immy song).

Well not to change the subject or anything, but which did you guys like Page better in...the Yardbirds or Zeppelin? I think he was great and all with Zeppelin, but not many people appreciate his contribution in the Yardbirds. I like him with them, but I also liked Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton with them as well.

I think he was great and all with Zeppelin, but not many people appreciate his contribution in the Yardbirds. I like him with them, but I also liked Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton with them as well. There's a live Yardbirds album with Page, I'd like to hear. Unfortunately, he refuses to allow it to be released, because they did a cover of Dazed and Confused on that album. stressed

Hockeystickserialkiller I do! Led Zepplin and Pink Floyd are my favorite bands, EVER! Yes! Led Zeppelin rocks! The day they were entered into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was my 4th birthday! Hehehe. I don't like when people don't know crap about the band, and don't even LISTEN to the band, and start wearing t-shirts of them. These little punks at my school are all wearing Pink Floyd, AC/DC, and Led Zeppelin, and they don't even listen to them. That really makes me mad.

I'm with the Hockey Stick guy on this one. Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd are very close bands, matter of fact, they played a few songs together, remaking Stairway To Heaven. If I had to choose one, it would be Pink Floyd because of Roger Waters' work on Dark Side of The Moon and Wish You Were Here.

Ultima Squall I'm with the Hockey Stick guy on this one. Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd are very close bands, matter of fact, they played a few songs together, remaking Stairway To Heaven. If I had to choose one, it would be Pink Floyd because of Roger Waters' work on Dark Side of The Moon and Wish You Were Here. I dunno man. It is close, considering the classics you have from both bands. I really can't say that one is better than the other, though I will say that David Gilmour is a better guitarist than Page. I hated that remake of Stairway to Heaven. sad
