Greenday has no doubt inspired not only many other bands, but regular people who take the time to listen to the lyrics. I saw them in concert once and they were AMAZING. I love them!!

personally i would too
but seeing as my bf is a total metal head thus hating punk rock i cant 4laugh
however i do luve "East Jesus Nowhere" from their new album

Green day is not punk rock... they are just rock/power pop.
