Asleep in a tree, yards from the two strangers, Aereale was restless. Her dreams had been disrupted by visions of strangers coming to the land around her, and bloodshed. The bloodshed made her uneasy. She often would wake up in a sweat from the bloodshed.
A clash of swords, the sounds of anguish. She shivered off the visions, but they kept coming. Kicking out of the dreams, she lost balance and tumbled down from the branch that was her bed, landing on the ground with a large crash.
"Ouch!" she exclaimed. "Blasted dreams" she began to mutter, while brushing the leaves and sticks out of her long blonde hair, "Can't give me a single night's rest."

The Elven man had climbed the tree and was almost next to her without making a sound "Who are you?" He said softly. He then put his one hand on her mouth and the other on her belly making sure she wouldn't fall or scream. He wanted to keep it quiet.

Aereale made a face and pulled his hand from her mouth.
"What do you think you are playing at?" she whispered crossly "My name is Aereale, if you must know, and I live here. Who are you?"

Alana looked at the elf and sighed. Somehow he had gotten himself up a tree, and was now harrassing some poor girl. "He wont hurt you." She said finally.

Robert looked at the guard then the girl "Who knows what I can do?" He Jumped down from the tree. "But you are not safe here... " He told the girl in the tree. He then Stared to walk away. He was pretty sure he knew what she was but knew she had no clue yet. Only time would tell if he was right and only joining them would she know her self.

Aereale watched the elf begin to walk off.
"Wait, you. What do you mean, its not safe? I've lived here all my life and never had a problem." She sat with her legs dangling off the branch and she leaned forward. "Besides," she said playfully, "you don't know these woods like I do. And I know that that way is especially perilous." She leapt from the branch and landed softly on the ground. "You need me to guide you. I won't have any arguements."

"Guide me?" The Elven man look at her. He knew that the way he was heading wasn't right but what she didn't know was that he would turn and head a harder way so that he could get into a city weirdly. "I don't need a guide but you may come inhanding later one in this forest" he hoped she'd take that as a man not wanting to look weak.

"You look tense" she said carefully. "If you don't need a guide, I suppose I don't have to help, but...I would feel better if I could help. Besides" she added softly "not many people come around these parts."

She smiled at the Elf and then thought to herself.
She had nothing to lose...her family was gone, as was the rest of her settlement.
"We had best be going now, don't you think?"

The Elven man kept walking. She was right that they should keep walking but he had already known that. he knew the next little bit would be hard for all of them.
