"I was hoping we could talk about the matter in private.." She said looking at Markis and Roran rather bothered they were there. Altheia never really like Markis to be begin with and Roran was obviously in pain.
Markis's blood started to boil, damn her. Later on he will give her a slow death. He bent down whispering to the queen something no one but her heard," My queen, whatever she has to say she can say here. We are not her men we are yours and we're here to protect you-what if she just wants you alone so she can kidnap you? Or worse kill you?"

Roran growled to himself. Damn Faerie stink..
Rayne sighed ad shook her head. "I am sorry Altheia, but If you have something to say you can say it front of me and my people." She told Altheia in a strong voice.

"As you wish..." Altheia said giving a side ways glare at Markis then stepped up. "Queen Rayne, our kingdom is starting to become very scarce. Someone or something put a disease on our land. All fruits are dying, any plants and our trees are dying as well. We are running low on food, water, and my people are starting to die from the lack of both. Some of us fairies are even starting to break our laws and steal from my castle. And what's worse is that some of my people are starting to have the disease. Before I lose control of my kingdom, can you please help us?" She said very serious, even of the guards showed a dying plant. It was a sapling and you could sense the fairies tried to save it but it was no use, it was a low shade of green and if you were to cut it-all inside was ash.

Rayne was a bit surprised. "I, don't know what you want me to do, Altheia.. I don't think I'd be able to do anything more to help then you yourself could.." She said and sighed. "Unless you -know- a way I could be of any help, than I don't know what I could help you."

Altheia nodded, knowing a way she was going to suggest but glad she was able to say it. "I request some of your most advance scientists and doctors to help us achieve a cure...as for the fairies that are being rebellious then we will need your permission to release a few of my *pets. You know of which I talk about.." She said stepping up towards Rayne, explaining.
(*pets = Phookas
Phooka is a very dangerous and often violent shape-shifting trickster from Celtic myth, known for their ability to change into great fearsome black animals so that they can scare humans. Normally harmless and peaceful, these violent tempered creatures are highly vengeful and greatly feared by the other races of Faerie and great care is taken, by other Faeries, to avoid getting a Phooka angry.)
(i usually researched fairies back in the day thanks to my interests in them ^^')

Rayne nodded, but was then curious. "Why do you expect -us- to help -you-? After you all insulted us? You better come up with something good, or go ask someone else, like those damned Human you like so very much." She said in a very ordered voice, being serious now. "You can't just come back years later asking for my help like we are still best friends, that was long ago Altheia...Things have changed.."She spoke to her.

Altheia chuckled then broke out into laugh. "You have changed Rayne, but it seems for the better...I'm glad you saw that actually, you see at that time my husband was starting to get needy and got together with the human's queen..." She said turning around, her fist tightening as she did trying not to show her anger and jealousy. "...And he asked her of this, which made her ask her king to do that to your people...When really my husband asked her to use it as a excuse why he 'needed' her." She said making it obvious he was just wanting that one thing from her.

Rayne shook her head, I'm not letting her get to me.. She thought.."Just leave, Altheia..If you can't think of how I'm able to help...Take your Faeries and leave..."
She said and slightly glared at her, awaiting to see her leave the room.
Roran smiled when he heard that the Faeries would be gone, no more wretched smell..
"Rayne, I think you are making quite a good decision..."He whispered, almost grinning at her.

Altheia frowned, hearing Roran. "You're not in this..." She muttered knowing he could hear it then shot him a glare before turning to Rayne. "Rayne, listen we need you...Your doctors are better then ours and so are your scientists..." She spoke out, really needing her old friend's help. Her people were dieing, who else could she turn to?

Rayne sighed."How do you suspect we find a cure to your disease? We would probably do the same things your doctors and scientists are doing..Yes, I agree..we do have better scientists and doctors than you, but if you have already tried to stop, or find some sort of cure, then we probably wouldn't find anything either..But if you still think that we could help you and magically find a cure, then I'll help..."She said, slightly being sarcastic, and rolling her eyes..
Roran growled slightly, not wanting the Faeries to stay."M'lady, I believe that if the Faeries need help they should get it from someone else.."He said. glaring at Altheia.

Altheia bowed,"Thank you....we will get started right away! Guards escort a few of our people here and give them what they require. The sooner the better...And Roran, might I say you look great today." She said with a wink to him, if anyone knew Altheia they knew she was just joking.

Roran glares at her and growls.Leave..Was what he wanted her to do...But he knew she wouldn't until they found a cure for the stupid disease..I dont care if the Faeries die..He thought angrily..

Altheia giggled to herself, knowing Roran probably hated her, then turned to leave but stopped. "Oh and Rayne..." She said turning around, she took out a locket from under her neck. "I hope you still have yours...we do need to catch up sometime." She said with a smile and dropped the locket under her dress. She knew Rayne probably was in a foul mood thanks to the king's passing so she wanted to be there for her since she was friends with her.

Rayne wanted to roll her eyes, but thought it would be rude. "Oh, I bet its somewhere around here..." She said with a fake smile across her face.
Roran just stood there angrily. "Shouldn't you be off somewhere getting help with your dying prissy things.." He said and rolled his eyes at the Faerie.
Rayne chuckled to herself, but glared at Roran. "That was very rude, Roran..." She said and put a hand on his shoulder. "Save that talk for later.."She whispered to him, smiling.

Altheia nodded to him,"Why of course I should, thanks so much for reminding me..." She said with a snap, a bright light suddenly above Roran and landed on his head but then disappeared. "Have fun!" She said with a snicker as she walked out of the room, the guards following her as she went.
Lyra was back at her cell, hanging there as she yawned. She looked at her pet then smiled as it snuggled against her neck," Thanks.." She said with a smile then across the room was another slave. "Is that one, yours..?" He asked, getting closer to the bars. "Why yes, yes he is.." Lyra said with a nod. "A fine creature, miss." He said nodding then smirked evilly. "Don't..even think about it.." She said as her eyes went white, the man suddenly squirming in pain..Lyra using the shock from her choker to transverse it to him. She smirked, her eyes returning it's color and him breathing normally. "I won't.." He said, as he gripped his neck..trying to get as far as away from her as possiable. "Good." Lyra said then her pet pouted at her,"Oh..I'm so sorry.." Then she pouted back, then the pet got comfy again- forgiving her.
(Sorry, Lyra needed to do something or she just be a NPC)
