"Take out the rock-man" was the order that May got from Midori. "Roger, roger." She replied even as Welkin closed in on her and threw a punch which she easily caught with her left hand the same way one might catch a baseball.
Welkin was so stunned that someone had managed to stop his punch with out breaking an arm that he was open long enough for May to slug him hard in the face sending him flying backwards and forcing him to land with a loud crash.
Before he could fully get back to his feet she was on him again, hammering on his torso with one crushing blow after another, but strangely despite her super human strength she was not dealing him any visible damage. May was about to gear up for one big strike when Welkin counter attacked forcing her to back off. "Nice try girl, but my body is made of the desist stone on the planet. Brute strength is meaningless against me you stupid twi...."
but before he could even finish his sentence MAy flashed by him, her folding sword fully extended. Welkin's eyes widened in shock as his right arm went flying from his body having been severed at the shoulder joint. He didn't seem to be in any real pain, but he was going into shock.
"Haa.... How did you do that?" He stammered out in bewilderment. "Statement: Your body might be the densest stone, but my sword is the densest steel." Replied May coldly as she flicked dirt off her blade and brought her body into a fighting stance in preparation for striking again.

When Chaos asked her what would happen if he absorbed all the water that made up her body Alica's eyes widened in fear. "You... you wouldn't... You couldn't do that." She said more to herself then him, thought she didn't sound very convincing. Even she had heard some of the legends of Chaos and if anyone could get past her ability to suck mositure up to suck her up in turn it would be him.
"Unlike the girl with you it's pretty simple Sugar. The Doctor wasn't very happy to find you shacking up in his old lab. Still he'd be more then willing to forgive if you'd work with US rather then that Skyrider b***h. He'd gladly pay you tripple, no quadroople what ever she's offering yah." She offered.

Meanwhile with out Welkin to get in her way Midori was quickly and brutally wearing down Faldio. It was barely all he could do to shield himself with an barrier of air which she relentlessly pounded against in an attempt to get close enough to rip him limb from limb.
Strenghting the barrier so that it formed a 360 degree perfect sphere around him Faldio laughed. "You'll never get through my tornado shield. The winds spin so fast they'd tare your flesh off the bone if you tried." He taunted.
"Who said anything about needing to get thought? I was just waiting for you to surronder yourself so it'd make it easier to fry you." Replied Midori with a wicked grin. Taking a deep breath she blew a gout of white hot flame that easily pierced the outer shell of his defense and once inside the force of his own wind simply made her flame stronger by fanning it turning what had been a simple flamethrower breath attack into an outright inferno.
With a fwoosh sound Faldio was engulfed in flames, his entire body burnt to a black crisp in seconds before the force of his wind disapated and vanished taking Midori's flames with it. The kage watched as Flado's burnt and charred body slummed to the ground, satisfied in a job well done.
Unfourtinelty before she had a chance to stop and examan the body a one armed Welkin jumped back into the sceen, landing beside Faldio's corpse with a loud thud before bending down and picking up the body with his remaining hand before slinging it over his shoulders. "Heh, we're going to have to restore him from a backup. Faldio will never hear the end of this." joked Welkin as he jumped back again gaining ground from Midori as he ran away.
"Alcia let's get out of here. We've lost this round but we'll be back for more." He called as with one mighty leap he jumped off into the distance.

"You know I would have you tell him that I would happily take that offer but... You won't live past this battle. Demon Vines!" He said as his five vines shot forward at her like a javelin. They would go through her and quickly absorb all the water that made up her body.
"Hehe... No mortal can defeat a god!" Chaos said as he laughed at her. Chaos loved only three things; money, a good fight, and good water. She was only one of those things, a decent drink of water.

Falta skiped across the rooves of the village towards the large centre building where the comotion was occuring. She was intrigued and was sure her goal must be in the vicinity. She stopped as she saw a large one armed man carrying a smoldering body.
These were not definite signs of her goal, but it was plausible to believe they could be.
She stared down at the two women. Each of them were pretty she thought, even greater sign that her goal could be near, she hoped if this was not a reason for her goal to be around she would have to question her up bringing.
"Hellooooooo!??!" she yelled in cheeerful childish way before throwing her hand in the air and waiving morronically like a chld with one hand behind her back and standing on her tippy toes.

"Nooooo, stop it, you're killing me!!!" Begged Alica as Chaos drained her life away. Her body wreathed in agony and a single tear feel down her cheek as her form quickly shrank to chibi size.
"Fine then, have your satisfaction sugar, If you're still interested in our offer, meet Welkin over at the Bar of Last Resort that lies at the boarder between here and Iron country" and then soon after she muttered those words she was reduced to nothing as she was absorbed in her enterity.

Midori cursed as Welkin got away in one giant leap. She she could fly after him, but he could leap father and faster then she could keep up with so the chase would be futile.
Hearing a "Hellooooo?" Miori looked over towards the source and spotted a young girl standing upon a nearby roof waving down at her with one hand while standing their very casually. The strange thing was it was nobody Midori recognized. In the after rush of the battle, her assassin side was still in control and so she followed her instincts rather then trying to act nice and proper like a kage probably should.
In the blink of an eye Midori vanished in a burst of wind only to appear behind the girl a few scant moments later, the blade of her scythe held dangerously close to the girls exposed neck.
"You have about 30 seconds to convince me you aren't with those 3 fools who just came to kill me." stated Midori coldly as her crimson eyes almost seemed to glow as if they where boring into the girls very soul.

"Hehehe... Maybe I will." Chaos said as his vines suddenly wrapped around each other and turned back into flesh. Chaos was able to shift his body between his human/plant hybrid form and his powerful demon vines. He had achieved powers beyond the normal scope of man. "Midori... It is time to reopen our discussion... 351,000,000, 451,000,000 if you don't agree to the blood pact."

falta put her hand between her neck and the blade. She ran her index finger along the blade. " you have such a pretty weapon." ignoring the threat of the ninja.
"do you know a a perky little hot headed ninja who has a liking for lightning jutsu?"

As if she had found the answered she seeked Midori decided that Falta was not a threat and so she gently lifted the blade of her scythe away from the girls neck then returned her weapon towoards her back where is quickly shrank away in a flash of light as it was absorbed into a storge seal sown into her robes.
"I'm glad you like how it looks, pray however that I don't ever have a reason to give you such a close look again as you wouldn't live long enough to appreciate it." she said warningly.
"I'm afraid their aren't very many lighting users in the village. Just about the only one I know is my cousin and he is nither hot headed or perky. If you could provide me with more details I might be able to help you find them, but first I need to know your name girl." Midori added.
Turning towards Chaos when he said it was time to repone their discussion she frowned slightly. Even at 350 million dollars he was going to be quite pricey and she was very ambivalent about the idea of a blood pack, but then Towns was not one of the 5 great nations and could only afford so much so 450 million was out of the question.
Closing her eyes for a brief moment to reflect on the situation she opened them again to come face to face with a black cloaked little girl in the middle of a dark featureless void. "It is unlike you to be so direct." Midori said to the force of nature to which she had been bound to since her birth.
"Circumstance demand that I must." replied the girl, her voice sounding more like a very old women rather then reflecting her current choice of form. "The balance between life and death is in danger. The threat you now face if allowed to continue will eventually go on to unravel a fundamental thread of the universe. As much as I despises Chaos for unnaturally escaping my grasp for centuries ironically now you will need him in order to restore order so that the eternal dance may continue as it should." replied the girl with a sigh.
"But....He could ask me for anything. For my life.... For my body." said Midori with faint disgust. She had never allowed a man to ever touch her in that way, that last that had tried had been permanently imprisoned in her laboratory as a ginny pig.
The girl laughed. "Your life is mine. It can not....will not end until I shall will it. You will pay the price... any price he asks because I demand it to you my finest most loyal servant. To do otherwise in this case would be to forsake me and the very concept of life as you know along with me. This may be the most important mission I shall ever give you" said the girl.
With a sigh Midori nodded closing. "Then For the mission." she agreed opening her eyes to find that she had spoken the words out loud. "For the mission I agree on my word as Gaikukage and swear on my blood as a Skyrider that I shall forfill any one request you make of me Chaos that you are free to give at any time." She said and she bit on her left thumb hard allowing it to bleed as a show of faith.
Whipping out a checkbook seemingly out of nowhere and scribbling down a figure for the amount requested Midori tore off a check and held it out for Chaos to take.

"Hehe..." Chaos took the check and then pulled out a document of his own. It was an odd piece of paper and it was written in green blood, Chaos's blood. His signature was also at the bottom. Reading it Midori would see that Chaos also had to fulfill his end of the contract or die as well.
Chaos handed the paper to Midori with a smile. "I ask that you sign on the dotted line." Chaos said with a chuckle. "Then we can celebrate and discuss my future tasks, duties, and exactly what you paid for." Chaos flipped a bit of his hair out of his eyes. "I may be expensive but I never break a deal and I am good on my word."

Taking the paper Chaos had given her, Midori quickly glanced over it nodding in approval before she followed his instructions and signed on the dotted line with her blood, which was more black then red from all the dangerous substances she had ingested over the years.
"Yes, let us celebrate and discuss the future...our future together." she replied with a wan smile. The group she had sent to the pmc base would return soon, and with it the final clues she would need to track down the enemy. With the overwelming power of both herself and Chaos combined she hoped they would be able to bring a swift end to things becuse her intuition told her that the longer this dragged out, the more dangerous they would become.
"More Mineral water?" She asked Chaos as she produced a glass of root bear for herself (figuring pop would be less offensive to him then her drinking wine) and offered him a glass of the best water she had available.
"You want a drink as well?" she asked Falta.

"You know what... Normally I am against drinking wine since it is kinda cannibalism but ******** it." Chaos said as he pushed his glass of water away. "You better have good wine though." Chaos chuckled a bit.
Chaos had stashed the scroll away within a pouch on his belt. Inside it seemed he kept plenty of valuable documents, along with a bunch of different colored gemstones and a small radio.

"Only the best." Exclaimed Midori as she activated pulled out a scroll and unraveled it revealing a seal which she activated to produce an ice cold bottle of vintage 1970's Domaine Romanée-Conti. One of the most rarefied and expensive wine in the world and also some of the most powerful.
In only an eyeblink later she had used her sealing skill to switch the content of their glasses from pop and water respectfully to the most finest of rare wines. Holding up her glass for a toast Midori grinned. "To what the future may bring." She said hoping he would be suitably impressed with her selection.

Chaos picked up his glass and peered into the wine with a chuckle. In reality Chaos knew nothing of alcohol. He didn't drink much anymore, not since he first became a ninja. Though little did Midori know how well Chaos could keep his liquor down but yet chances were he couldn't hold it as well anymore. They would soon find out...
"Yes... To an alliance of power, technology, and research." Chaos said as he held up his glass for the toast. Chaos knew he would profit from this deal in more than just money, so it all worked out for him.

" i will pray i see it again" the girl said with a childish smirk. she ponder how to address her goal in a better way, her parents hadn't given her much. In the way of concrete description.' useless piece of s**t that can't do anything right' ment very little in the way of description
when midori offered her a drink she shook her head.
She listened to the conversation the two ninja had. they were obviously very powerful and obviously not real friends. Falta liked to watch people in positions like that.when midori preduced the wine the aroma was fantastic.
" the man i'm looking for wears alot of blue, isn't from this village." the aroma was pumeliing her. she finally broke. " can i have some of that pleas?" and suddenly rembering her manners and a question the woman had given her." My name is Falta Taki-miri." with a big smile on her face

While the wine was being passed out and the room was being filled with merryment, a figure was walking towards the main administation bulding of the TVHIT. He was not hostile but he was prepared for a fight if need be, epecially since he was looking for one of his relatives whom he had to bring back if possible. (But that's another story) He waltzed past the front desk and made his way to the Gaikukages office, knocking on the door before asking in a monotone voice, "Hello is the Gaikukage in? I wish to speak with her."
