If you are referring to becoming a Vizard, only a select few are able to become them. You'd have to become Captain level then be asked by the Vizard leader. ^^

She is right. It is very possible to achieve it if you ever do want to become one. Hard work is always the key to a better future! Sorry if I came off a bit rough, I am typing this from work.

Hello there. I'm Aku Kami Kurayami, or Aku for short. I've been interested in Bleach for a while and was looking into finding an RP for a while, when the invitation to here fell smack-dab into my lap.
So here I am. I'm currently reading the manga(need vol 9) and am watching the anime(on ep 72 or so) so I do know a fair bit to get myself through. Besides that, any other info about me is on my profile. So I hope I'll enjoy myself and have lots of fun.
