Glitches
PMs not deleting? Cannot save PMs? Go into each individual PM and scroll down to the bottom of the page, at the right-hand corner there will be "Save" and "Delete" buttons, click on those!

Fixed, but for some, after deleting all messages in the Inbox, it shows that they still have PMs when they do not have any.
Can't enter Towns? You're not alone, they're working on it.
Can't use your Net or Shovel? They just fixed it, try entering Towns again.
Can't deposit your Trash and Bugs? Freezes when you try? They are working on it.
No known workarounds as of yet, just be patient for it to be fixed.

Workaround for freezing up is to navigate to another section of the map.
Inventory Organizer not working properly? It's a site-wide glitch and they are working on it.

Trades not working for all items? This is also a site-wide glitch and is being worked on.
Try deleting your cache, logging off and logging back on, if those don't work, just be patient for it to be fixed.

Glitches
Ghost PMs? These happen only when you don't read the PM before deleting it. Try sending yourself a PM and then reading it before deleting it. You might have to do that once for every PM you did not read before deleting. You could also try logging out and logging back in. Or you could try deleting your cookies.
Towns are still not working for some people. Try deleting your cache and trying again...if that doesn't work, just remain patient for them to fix it.
The Faktori still only displays Wall and Floor Tiles. Just be patient as they work on fixing this issue.

Glitches and Frequently Asked QuestionsThe Faktori is still getting worked on. In the Marketplace there are still a few items remaining that do not have a price or buy/bid buttons. These items' time limit should be expiring today and tomorrow. You should also be able to put Game items up on the Marketplace now. Trading & Vending Passes If you are having problems purchasing a Trading Pass from the Bank, just use the following link, after using the link you should notice somewhere towards the far bottom of the page a new balloon which gives you the button to 'Buy Pass': Click HereAfter that, if you are interested in purchasing the Vending Pass, you need to scroll as far down as you can on the page, you should see a broken image placeholder floating somewhere way down below, just a bit above the 'About Us' link, click that for the Vending Pass bubble. Delete Character is now in the Dress Me section!

Glitches
When in Towns if all of your friends are being displayed as having the same exact house, you're not alone. It would seem that people are just now noticing this more. I had first noticed this on the 24th. It is unknown as to whether it is a known glitch that is being worked on at this time.

Common Glitches
House Upgrade is not showing up in Towns as per "Furnish Home", some new wall and floor tiles are not showing up in Towns.
Bugs not showing up in Towns? Just keep trying. Might try a different browser.
Not able to preview items from Shops? Just keep trying. Might try a different browser.
Can't seem to find the Vending License purchase option? Check the next post for a screenshot of where to find the Vending License purchase link.

Blackjack not awarding tickets
After playing through all three NPC characters (Russell, Jinx, CardBot) or when you cash out, tickets are not awarded though you spent the tokens to play. No resolution has been found at this time.
The Admins/Programmers have been alerted to this, just be patient.
