chamomile or rose sounds like they would be lovely stuffings! Other suggestions are Lemony things like verbena, lemon rind, etc..., vanillay things like vanilla leaf or sweet woodruff, spices like cinnamon and cloves, anisey things like fennel or anise.

I hate the smell of hops, but they are an effective sedative. I wouldn't use it for a child, though. confused

Also, stuffed pillows can make great heatpads! Rice or wheatberries should be the main ingredient, and you could add a little herb for scent. But remember the scent will be stronger after heating. Heat it in the microwave for 1 minute or more, depending on how hot you want it (but don't burn it xp ) and it makes a great heatpad! Wheatberries smell like baking bread. 3nodding

I would go with Lavender! It smells nice. I have a pillow that has chamomile and lavender in it! Make sure to check if the child has allergies (if you are giving it to a child)
