That was it. The end of Leon's luck. His chocobo hadn't even took a step before getting it caught in a pothole. Leon had a good mind to yell at the track owners for the mud and this gaping hole.

Leon decided to try and rush foreward again with some greens, but he pulled out the wrong ones again. He was starting to think his opponant had switched his greens somehow. The chocobo glared at him and spat them onto his shirt. "Aww come on! This s**t stains!"

Payback time. Kane was in kicking distance. Leon gave him a hearty kick to the chest for revenge for the starting line. His chocobo advanced slowly, but it definately stalled the stranger.

Leon tried to boost foreward and dominate the stranger, but he missed with haste AGAIN. Kane was worse at aiming it than he was, so Leon didn't feel SO bad.
