(eh, Demons aren't too touchy feely with those they are about torture... well, not in a mutual sort of way at least....)
With a flick of his wrist Azura's restraints were released. "If you try anything that you know you shouldn't I can easily overpower you."

Azura closed her eyes as she was released and stood in silence as she stared at him. It took everything she had not to rush towards him, but she reminded herself that at this moment, in his eyes they were enemies. Azura's wings were completely still as she slowly took a few steps forward, reaching out one hand as she walked. Azura gently touched his forehead with her fingertip and closed her eyes, using a healing spell on his mind.

Dais closed his eyes and let the healing spell wash over his mind. After a few minutes his eyes popped back open and he stared into Azura's eyes, not saying a word.

Azura opened her eyes slowly and sighed, almost in exhaustion. "My powers are extremely weak here..." she sighed again and looked down at her hands, her wings flapped slightly, causing a few feathers to fall to the ground.

He took a couple steps back from her, not taking his gaze away from her face. Then all of a sudden he went to the door, opened it, and left the room. The door slammed behind him, and once again Azura was all alone....
(hey, could you post in Asavir? I don't want to be a pest, but we need to get that thread moving again)

Azura blinked and stared after him in surprise. "My lord...?" she whispered, confused.

She was left alone for sometime, perhaps for more than an hour. But then the door unlocked and opened again. It was Dais. He quickly closed the door behind him, and walked towards her, although not too close. He looked down at the floor for a moment, trying to collect his thoughts, then looked back up at her. "I remember now... everything. I.. apologize for what I almost did to you and all of what has happened to you thus far." He paused, "you should not have sought me out, it was too dangerous, and you should have known that such a task would eventually lead you here..."

Azura's eyes widened in surprise. She paused for a few moments, her eyes filling up with tears. "My lord... you really remember...?" she whispered before looking up at him. Azura hesitated then reached out to him, "I could not stand being separated from you... after they erased your memories, I searched high and low for you, disguising myself as a human."

He reached out to her as well and brought her into his arms and then kissed her passionately. "I know how you must have felt, but I wish you hadn't." He broke away from her, holding her at arms length, "I have to get you out of here. If you stay...."

Azura's face flushed slightly, and her head felt a little fuzzy, "But my lord... Dais, I cannot leave you again.. I don't think my heart can take it..." she shook her head and looked away.

Naturally I will have to take some guards with me, but I can dispose of them easily enough.
