(Did you even read my post? You completely ignored my point. I said you never said it was solid, I never debated in the slightest about the pressure being applied. But here's what I'm going to do, upon reviewing you post, something that could maybe be interpreted as meaning solid was said, so, whatever.)
The creature was compressed under Jet's barriers, but it did not matter. The creature merely conformed to the shape. I could compress it's body paper-thin, so all this succeeded in doing was to stop the creature from attacking.
((OK, please no one argue this, but I'm going to make this clear right now, I'M A VERY SPECIFIC AND BLUNT RPer. I go word-for-word with what your post says, I don't take anything away, and I don't add anything! (unless I misread it, in which case, that's my mistake) So, you don't leave anything to be assumed. You said the creature was surrounded in shadow, to me that means: The absence of light, an unilluminated area. If you said "Solid shadow surrounded the creature" This could have been avoided. Essentially I mean:
If you leave me to assume that you projected a solid barrier-you didn't project a solid barrier
If I'm to assume you wrapped it entirely in energy-you didn't wrap it entirely in energy. I want to know all the detail of what your attack does, don't leave me to assume anything (yes, I realize, I said assume a lot xd )))

(no, here Is what wrap means to me, and wrap up just means the same thing. You expect me to assume that you meant from head to toe. Plus, the creature could have still shot the spikes from it's head. But, it doesn't matter, so drop it.)

(how does that prove your point? It never said 'entirely' or 'constrict arms' in any way. Besides he said, it could still shoot the spikes anyway.)

Vragen walks up to where the creature is, knowing that it cannot attack. He looks it over, then he turns to Jet, "So, can you let me get the killing blow on this thing? I just really want to stab something." He lifted his blade, hoping. Though it didn't really matter what Jet said, he was going to try and stab this thing anyway, it was obviously hostile.
Arllien looked this thing over, he had never seen anything like this before. "I don't know that that is wise to just kill this thing, it may still know something important."
(I just still wanted to make a point without actually interrupting the roleplay or taking away from my own post.)

(It's not shooting spikes! Since Jet constricted it in the barriers, the last, like 2 pages of roleplaying are invalid. It's only attack has been aimed at Jet!)
"You really expect that to work Shadan?" Zenith said, "I doubt this thing would be effected at all by the spikes, plus, the spikes are constructions of it's body, it likely has control over them." Zenith walked closer to the creature to observe it, he couldn't remember anything like it, yet it seemed so familiar. What could it be? What does this mean?

Zenith doesn't react to being lifted in the air, "I suggest you put me down so that you won't have to deal with repercussions. I'm going to argue with you all I want, because you won't hurt me, I can just tell it." A smile came across his face, yet he didn't know why he felt like this. He just felt, more powerful, just more resilient.

Zenith landed on his feet, unharmed. "I told you." He smile not fading. He just felt entirely confident and powerful now. He directed his attention back to the creature. Then he realized 'That's it! This creature, I know it from my past, but what is it?'
