The figure continued passing by both travellers and merchents alike, the occassional wallet going missing and such unnoticed by he.

He continued down the haunt as neither a ninja, a ranger, or an arcane archer....(lol)

The figure stopped playing with his sword and reached for the silver whip kept at his back, grabbing it hastily and whipping it at Chaos attempting to wrap it around his legs and trip him.

Chaos, not knowing that there was a whip coming at him, ignored the screaming subconscious at the back of his head telling him to jump or something. That would make him look stupid infront of Largo, especially if there was nothing there. He got tripped.
"What the heck?" He yelled as he hit the ground face first. He quickly freed himself and jumped up to his feet. "Who the heck are you?"

The figure smirked, seeing his attack had held true as he pulled his whip back into his right hand and drew his blade with his free hand. He slashed it across at him(horizontally) and a pitch black energy blade was emitted from it, moving at the rate of shadow speed. It was heading straight towards him and giving off almost no energy at all. He ignored his talk, talk was for the weak.
((Shadow speed is approximately the same speed as that of light...Good luck with that.))

Chaos jumped back as he unsheathed his sword, and in one swift motion cut at the shadow blade. His eyes were having trouble locking on, but this time he didn't ignore that little voice in the back of his head telling him to do something. His body blurred as he did this. The blade pushed him back a bit as well since he was in mid air at the time and when he landed he slid even farther back. He kept his sword at the ready this time.
"Hey Largo, you know this guy?"

((Sorry, I guess I didn't explain it well enough. Your attack thing hit my sword and pushed me back while I was already jumping back. I blocked the attack with my sword and found the time to do so because of my character's past that he can't remember. He was a pretty good warrior that was pretty strong, but he got put into a lot of weird situations all at the same time and he ended up beat up with amnesia. He was known for being really fast.))

The figure smirked...Being merely touched by the blade was dangerous. A skeletal hand found its way out from the ground, the full skeleton rising soon after as it gripped the blade. Meanwhile, the figure stepped into his attack as he attempted to attack Chaos with the silvery whip.

* paul latches on to largo's back and largo pulls out a flash grenade from his left shoulder pocket and throws it at the ground. in an instant it created a blinding flash that would linger for a few precious seconds. largo pulls out 10 kunais and throws it at the skeleton pinning it the ground even though it could dodge it that would consume time regardless. largo uses pt and grabs chaos. when the light clears they're gone.*
(now you don't know where we are. this is just to explain how we arrived at dembartos.)

After leaving the temple, Chaos began to travel with Prinz towards what he believed to be the location of Ranma's sword. It was the only town that hadn't been mentioned by Largo as an area that had been visited by the people he knew.
