She splashed water on her face. "I'm fine" She stepped out of the bathroom "Sorry about that just remembering something painful." She began to walk back to the table. "Come on lets just finish the tea."

"Well if you have something to let out you can tell me, kon." MIsaki sat back down and picked up one of the cookies and bit into it. "Wow these are really good." She finshed of the cookie and said, "Um, your spa thing is done, right?"

Megsumi smiled. Misaki was really nice. "Yeah the hot springs are open, their really great for cold days." She picked up one of her cookies and bit into it. They were a ttle burnt but not by much. She sighed. "The only problem is that the mayor made me make it free, so I have no way to make money." Megsumi decided to leave her past behind. She wouldn't trouble Misaki with her troubles.

"Seriously? Well, here's something else my mom taught me: Focus on one thing, then once that's accomplished, go to the next." Misaki sighed and finally said, "You should focus on making your hot spring the best that it could, then figure out what to do next." Misaki put the teacup in the sink and said, "Due to these circumstances I think it's best to put your position on hold, for the sake of your spa."

Megsumi thought about what she had said. She had opened her hot spring, but she still needed money. She didn't know what to do, she didn't think that Misaki would let her work there, maybe she would get a job at the bar, or wait until Kio opens his resturant. Megsumi was still lost. For now she would wait until something came to her mind and not rush into something boring. "Thanks Misaki, thats good advice. You mother must of been very smart." Megsumi felt a sharp paon in her heart. Her mother had been dead for four years. She looked at the kitchen. "Misaki may i try to cook something?"

Megsumi nodded. "I've only made pumpkin pie with my mother before. After she died I tried to do it by myself but I couldn't make taste right."

"Well..." Misaki tightened the apron she had on and grinned. "Mind if I help you make your pie, then?" MIsaki smile and started pulling out utensils from the cupboard. "You're lucky you could cook with your mom. My mom, let's just say she could burn water, kon. I had to learn all my cooking and baking by myself."

(lol do u mean "your mom")
Megsumi laughed. It was true al least she got the chance to do that. She sighed. "After my mom died I had to cook all by meyself. My father and brother were useless, and a 2 year old sister isn't much help either." She looked at some of the ingrediants. "Is there any cinamon, my mom always used cinamon and it tasted great with it."

She pulled out a spice jar full of cinnamon sticks. "Here you go." She handed it to Megsumi. Misaki pulled over a stool and asked, "Is this your favorite thing to bake?"

"Yeah. It was during thanksgiving, and My brother and me were fighting. Everything got ruined but the pie. My mother said that the best thing to calm you down is a pie piece of something sweet. And it did calm us down. So every year everyone in the family would make it together." She laughed. "Even though the men were no help at all." Megsumi began to mix ingrediants together.

"Hahaha, since my mother couldn't cook. It was always up to me and my dad, and sometimes my brother." Misaki took out the blender and suggested, "You want me to make the filling for the pie?"

"Okay," Megsumi remembered the first time she made the filling in a blender. She had forgotten to put the top on. Megsumi laughed to herself. "But only if you let me push the button." She smiled, she hadn't been this happy in a long time. This really was the beginning to a new life.
