Void could hardly breath for how hard he was laughing. Finally he managed to get ahold of himself enough to speak. "Oh, don't give me that look. You waited an awefully long time to push me away for someone who didn't just enjoy that." He could not have smiled any wider. He was winning. There was nothing short the drasticness of killing him that could bring her back from that. He glanced to his right and saw Cojack running full speed towards them. Turning back he added, "Just let me know if you ever want some more." He winked rogueishly at her, then dashed away towards Cojack, grabbing him roughly by the arm and steering him towards the side of the ship. As they neared the side, he yelled over his shoulder. "Well, it's been fun. Till next we meet, darling. Ta!" And with that, he jumped out into empty space, dragging Cojack, willing or not along with him.
((Just go with me on this one Divine. wink And he hasn't been on in ages, and if you read the moved/deleted topics thread you'll see that I decided to put "I miss Kuchii" in every post of mine until he comes back.))

Cojack felt himself get dragged over-board by Void, but decided to go with it, it was better then the deck full of murderous women behind them "you seem to quite enjoy making me go overboard don't you" he said noticing the ocean rushing toward them "I don't suppose this is a good time to mention the Tyrant is out of rum?"
((@nonnahs- I don't think anyone said how I was tied up, but I didn't make it very clear, sorry redface
@4and20- oh right, I think I'll go read that, I thought you were trying to start a conversation sweatdrop ))

"Not now, Cojack! I'm concentrating!" Void turned around, yanking hard on the ropes that apparently no one had noticed him grabbing. There was a massive ripping sound as the piece of the sail that Cojack had sliced earlier came ripping the rest of the way off. He then grabbed Cojack by the belt , pulling him closer so he could wrap one of the ropes around him before he proceeded to tie a very complicated knot that in all likelihood even void himself didn't know how to tie properly. He spoke swiftly to himself, frantically one would even think, but his face showed no panic. After all, they had quite a long way to fall. "Let's see, left, then right...or was it right then left? Oh bother...alright, then the rabbit goes through the hole...wait, which hole was it again?" The sea was growing closer by the second. "Then you pinch that part, pull that out, and...wait...I messed up. Let me start over." They no longer had a long ways to fall. In fact if something didn't happen rather quickly, their bones would shatter on the high surface tension of the sea.
((I miss Kuchii. Oh, and Divine, I've got it all under control, I just thought I'd break the solution up into two posts to build the supsense, so just once more, just go with it. xp wink And to any girl pirates who might be thinking otherwise, we have officially escaped, so please don't try to chase us down. Unless of course you're so upset about the massive missing piece of sail you find yourselves with. razz lol, but just wait until we've finished this scene at least before you begin your pursuit. wink ))

Zephyra was now just too angry for words. She stormed to her office without a single word, most likely grumbling in her mind. When she had that reaction, it's best not to talk to her at all unless it really was important and necessary to speak to her. Like good news. She slammed her door, not caring that both of the men had left. Her nimble fingers quickly locked the door and went to her desk. She cradled her face in her hands as she rested her elbows on the surface of her most useful tool, the desk. A small tear started to build up from the corner of her eye from all the frustration she had been put through. Afterall, she still was female. She had her soft side too. Zephyra quickly wiped it away before it began to fall and composed herself once more and just sat at her desk. Going into her 'space', if you can call it that.

"Alright, alright, just calm down! Panicking is not going to help anything!" And with that, he began to swiftly and dextrously tie the complicated knot he had been attempting without once messing up. "That goes there, then there, and...HA!" Right as he said 'ha', the arched his back, yanking hard on the last long cord that completed the knot. Suddenly the sail billowed out, and with a slight jerk, Void and Cojack's decent was severely slowed. They drifted gracefully, even rising a little on the sea breeze. Void looked around with a little grin on his face. "My, what nice weather we're having."

Despite Void's easy-going calm, Cojack was still it the grip of sheer panic
"you know what next time you throw yourself over-board!" He screamed, while Void seemed to be enjoying the ocean sun "You can leave me me out of it! And can you UNTIE ME NOW?!" But still Void and Cojack's antics had completed what they had set out to do, in destroying the sail of the Bellatrix they had managed to destract the female pirates, and create an opening in which the Tyrant could ransack their target with fear of being attacked by the women, and as they floated into the ocean the shadow of the Tyrant, which had managed to free itself from the Bellatrix, loomed overhead to pick them up.

While all this had gone on, Zephyra had a plan that no one knew about except for her and the other mate knew about. She sent a very trustworthy mate into the ship, dressed up as a man, and went onto the ship incognito and made it seem like the mate was just another part of the male crew. As she did the work that all the others were doing, she was planning several sorts of traps onboard for the captain. Especially by the captain's quarter. The mate had a devious look on her face, hidden underneath the scarf that hide half of her face of suspicion. Of course, she still could be seen as any other man.

The Black Tyrant swooped beneath them like a giant, motherly bird, and they landed gently on its deck, discarding their makeshift parachute. The breeze blew gently across the ship. Void gave a contented sigh, then suddenly shoved Cojack against the side of the ship. "WHAT?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN, 'OUT OF RUM'??" Delayed reaction.

Cojack could feel the large beads of sweat running down his neck, the whole crew seemed quiet
"oh, whats that?" the said to no in particular, nobody had said anything "I have to steer the ship? Em, sorry cap'n, I have my duties to see to" he wasn't sure how he was going to do that, he was still tied up, but anywhere was better then in front of the now rum deprived Captain.

Eyeing the fleeing Cojack darkly, void yelled after him. "I'll deal with you later!" But he had bigger things to worry about. He had some planning to do before they reached their target. He strode off to his cabin, for once in his life not really paying too much attention to his surroundings. He was far too focused on his thoughts to notice anything that might be amiss...

The mate was watching at the corner of her eye and grinning underneath her inconspicuous scarf. She planted some transparent string that can only be tripped by the captain walking into it. Once the captain walked into the string under the door frame, a bucket of sticky syrup on the door frame was spilled onto the noggin of the leader of the crew. It was one of the oldest tricks in the book, but it was still amusing. She laughed silently in her head since she threw out his other clothes overboard and she waited for his response in silence.

The syrup dripped before it poured, and so Void's reaction was something like, "ah, what--ARGH, WHAT THE?!" Void almost couldn't comprehend what had just happened, as no one would dare ever pull such a messy prank on the captain unless they were suicidal. But once Void saw the bucket and realised what had happened, he yelled, "ALL HANDS PREPARE THE PLANK, SOMONE'S GOT A DEATH WISH!!!" Whenever he made someone walk the plank he made it a bit of an event, in order to humiliate the person further. Usually he gave them a parachute so that they were simply stranded, but right now he was seriously considering not giving the person that luxery...

As everyone gets ready for the event, the mate was acting like she knew what's going on, and made it so that if the scarf was ripped off around her neck, she would still be seen as a boy. She was prepared for anything and had an alibi in her mind, in case her act of incognito had failed. She was always watching the captain to make sure everything was in check.

Void stepped slowly and dramatically out onto the deck where the crew was all crowding to see what happened...covered in syrup. In all honesty he was more upset about the cold, wet, stickiness of it all than he was humiliated. He looked slowly from one crewman to the next. Then he lifted up a parachute in his right hand, holding it aloft for all to see. "Alright. Whoever did this has one chance to confess right now and get this parachute as a lovely parting gift. If I have to wait more than two minutes, I'm throwing this overboard and whoever did it can either jump after it or wait to be sent off without one at all. So I will ask this once. Who did this?" He looked around, eyeing them all with his steely gaze, picking each of them apart in his mind, searching his memory for possible motives, taking what he remembered of the crewman to decide whether they might be guilty or not. Anyone who he didn't remember anything about at all might be in grave danger of going overboard shortly.
