You are terrifying my mares and some of my younger geldings! GET THAT THING OUT OF HERE!!! mad The challenge is dealing with horses and your weapons. Hades is a good match for your evilness. Just because he is giving you trouble doesn't mean he is a waste of time. He is the stallion of the underworld! Of course he is gonna be trouble to break! He was the hardest of all to bring into this stable. Hades is worth everything to break for this army. scream scream SO GET THAT WARSTEED OUT OF HERE!!! mad If you wish to continue this challenge then work with Hades more and use him. If not then please say so and go work with your warsteed in the Target Practice area.

Deuce brushed Hercules gently when herc started stamping on the ground. "hmm? whats going on?" He walked out of the barn to see what looked to him like some kind of dinosaur. Drawing his sword, he walked to kempachii. "I have a feeling that that thing is yours?" he stabbed the blade into the ground, staring at the Warsteed. "I have to admit...one of the ugliest things ill ever see is standing only a few feet from me..."

Horses squelling in the distance, hooves pounding against something hard. *looks to the mares' barn* eek *whistles loud and quick for Ghost* "Ghost, come quickly!" Ghost gallops up full stride, stops short, rears up, and stomps down on the group with front hooves. *climbs onto him* "Deuce, that warsteed is upsetting the mares! They are trying to escape their stalls! At this rate the mares will kick the barn walls down." "Come on Ghost, we have to settle them down and quick!" "Ride!" *Quickly gallops off to the mares' barn to see how bad the damage is so far* *hops off and runs into the barn* There is a broken stable door and no horse is in it. "Oh, no. Selena escaped!!! She still isn't tame! Now she is wild and free!" "Ghost, you ready for a round up? We have to catch her before she goes back to her herd. She gets there and we are in trouble. She'll try recruiting all our mares and maybe some of the geldings. This is bad! *grabs rope and gloves* *hops back on Ghost and goes after Selena*

stare Yeah, but Selena only went back because she was scared. neutral Can you please just try again with Hades and have your Warsteed fly back. Warteeds are fine for air but horses are great for land, especially if the landscape has loose woodlands. *walks Ghost out for a cool down* Ghost let's give you a nice bath. You deserve it. *hops off and leads Ghost to the bathing area*

*walks back to everyone* Ok everyone. Try and go back to your training. The challenge is still on. For all those that believe there horse is ready for the next step please say so. Duece, please get that bird out of here. I have finally settled down the horses some but I rather it not be here. If anything Kenpachii, your warsteed can stay in the far far pasture where there is another barn. It is small with only two large stalls with a tall ceiling, so that should be enough for housing your warsteed. Just keep it away from the horses for now.
Friggit and Ramen how it going? ... eek um Ramen?!

sweatdrop "Ok. Ramen and Hermes are ready for the next step of the challenge. Guess I will give out a bullitin in the stable for you men." *walks to the main barn and to the bullitin board* *writes out a list of things for the men and tacks it up*
BULLITIN: Ok men. Looks like a select few are ready for the next step. So here is what you are to do: Go to the outside arena field and scan around. Half of the field is flat terrain. There you men will practice your gaits (walk, trot, canter, gallop, halt, changing gaits), your turns, and some smaller jumps that are about 10 inches to 6 feet high. You will have to adjust the jumps on your own. Learn the proper jumping position ( up in the saddle, leaning over the horse's neck slightly, knees bent, back straight, reins short but still able to steer the horse, and arms relaxed on the horse's neck). There are some targets to practice shooting/aiming while on the horse and moving. Learn to use your leg muscles to steer while doing this. After two days of practice move to the larger half of the field where the terrain is rough and naturally rocky. Here is a mountain/ valley like terrain with obstacles that are all-natural. This will help further your training for the challenge. The field is set up with all wood jumps that are at unsuspecting angles and heights that range from 10 inches to 6 feet, rocky and unsteady ground where you will have to walk and maneuver around, tight corners and turns, long straight-a-ways, few targets that are standing near jumps and turns and stuff (some you can charge at, some you will have to make at wierd angles and some that you can only walk into), hills to climb and run down (learn to lean back in saddle for this), and some ponds which you and your horse will have to face (keep in mind that horses do not like water too much when it is a huge pond, they feel too vulnerable and unable to move much). So, train up men. You gonna need it. If you need any help, then let me know. Oh, there are a couple of pits too where you and your horse will have to jump over, so be sure to build up you and your horse's courage! Have fun.

Deuce went to Hercules, and trotted him out. Hercules saddle and bridle were gigantic, in order to fit his massive back. Deuce chose a western style sadlle, Because he liked the horn as an extra handle, or somthing to hold his rope. He jumped up on Hercules back, And snapped the reins a little to get him going. They went around the corral a few times to get hercules in the mood, Then went out o the open field. He went through The motions and trots, and herc breezed through them, he seemed like he wanted to go to the jumps, so deuce let him. They did a few of the lower jumps, and didnt go much higher. Hercules was strong, but he was also very heavy. They went down ta a pond, and Deuce let hercules look around all he wanted before taking his drink. Deuce looked around too. He was scoping out the competition.

*walks over to the outdoor arena field* Hey Deuce try and get Hercules to walk into the pond. In the wild they avoid it but on a battlefield they would wade through it to throw off any trackers that may be following footsteps. Sometimes it is necessary. So see how Hercules reacts to that. Also take him over some of the water jumps after you get him used to walking through water. It be good practice.*watches from a distance*

"Thank you horse-woman!" euce lept up onto Hercules back again, and started him into the water. Hercules seemed unsure, and looked back a few times before taking a few steps. "hey, would I try to hurt you? It's just water big fella." Hercules still looked unsure, so Deuce climbed off and waded out into the water wearing full armor. "It's a hot day, you know it feels good." he went as far as he could go without swimming. just his head was above the water line, then came back out dripping wet. "so lets try again. here we go..." Deuce sent the command through the reins, walking Hercules into the water. "there we go bud. your doing it!" They had gotten to where Deuce had stood, and only half of herc's body was in. "see? not so bad." Herc walked for a moment then came out on the other side. Both of them were dripping. "Nice job hercules. Lets head back." they trotted around the pond this time, Hercules And Deuce still very wet. "Next time we'll try this in armor...like mine. what do you think?"

Goes back to Ghost's pasture. "Ghost, time for a nice bath and a good rub down!" Ghost lifts his head up from the grass, whinnies a gleeful cry, goes into a canter towards the gate, and then slows down as he approaches. "That a boy. How are you today?" Ghost stomps his front hoof. lol "A bit restless, huh. Well let's get you cleaned up and all nice and shiny. You seem to have been rolling around in the dirt again. Silly boy. You may act fierce but you are still playful at heart. When will you learn." Puts on the halter and leads Ghost to the bathing area. Turns on the water and hoses down Ghost *Sckhhhhh* Rubs down him with shampoo and coat conditioner. Rinses him off *Sckhhhhhh* "There you go. Look at ya. Now you are looking handsome again. surprised Ack!" Ghost shakes off some of the water (yes horses do that too). "Ok, ok. Let's dry you off you silly." Scrubs him dry with some towels. "Now for a good grooming" Ghost stands still without giving trouble. "There you are. A nice well-groomed stallion. smile What do ya think?" Ghost nods his head and neck up and down. "Good. Me glad you feel better. I suppose you want some food and water and maybe some sleep in your stall, huh?" He paws the ground. "I thought so. lol Ok. Then let us put you in your stall." Leads Ghost to his stall. Goes to the feed room and fetches his bucket and food and prepares it. Walks back to Ghost and hooks his food bucket up in the corner of the stall. Fills up water bucket. "There you go. I will see ya later partner! smile Have a good sleep." Ghost continues eating as Horsewoman exits out of the barn.

Friggit took her advice, standing in the middle of the area. Zues watched him, grazing. Zeus gradually came closer to the Deathblade, who in turn gently looped it around the horse. He stroked its mane, giving it the apple. "Hmmm, that wasn't so hard." He walked around with the horse for a while, then began to watch it again.
