'You owe me' Hachi told Dane through their link before switching over to Hinata. 'Before you kill him take a look at the awkward way he's holding her... And the fact that he's trying to struggle' she told the fuming teacher.
Hinata regained a new level of calm before stomping her foot. An unnoticable trail of black fire streamed along the dance floor until it engulfed the soles of Folium's feet. Not enough to significantly harm her, but enough to get her thorns out of Dane.
'Nice move' Hachi complimented, giving Hinata a nod and a smile.

Dane stumbled backwards as Folium screamed and ran from the room, leaving tiny scorch marks on the carpet. Dane. breathing heavily, he stumbled to a table, waiting patiently while his brother and his brother's sister danced.

Hinata tried not to grin triumphantly, but it was so hard not to. She earned that one... In fact Hinata had been more lenient than most women in her same position. Hinata let out a little innocent sounding cough and finished up her dance with the highly distracted L... Liberated shinigami.

Dane grinned at her as she came walking back to the table.
Dane: Sorry about that. I didn't think she'd do that. Egh, I'm gonna need to go wash my mouth out with spiked punch now.

Dane saluted, immediately back to his old self.
Dane: Yes ma'am!
He ran off towards the punch bowl.
Meanwhile, Leon got back from his punch excursion, handing Bradley a glass.
Leon: Sorry it took so long. That flaming wooden girl made me drop the glasses I had.

"It's alright, I enjoyed the show from here. Funny, that woman that attacked the nymph seems so gentle and kind" Bradley stated as she chugged back her drink like a pro. "Mmm... Cat liquor" she grinned.

Leon tilted his head curiously, looking at his half-downed glass.
Leon: Hmm, cat liquor. I've never had anything like that before. My parents always made sure nothing less fine than 200 year old wine was in the house.
Dane, meanwhile handed Hinata a glass of her own, having finished off about a quarter of his glass already.

"There she is!" Sheraton exclaimed as he pin pointed the location of Hachi and walked over to her. He felt like being a show off so if she had any drink he quickly threw it into the air and spun her around once before giveing her a kiss on the cheek, catching the cup in the air and offered it back to her with a charming smile. "Its good to see you, Hachi."

"So... You never really told me much about your family. Care to share or do I need to wait until you're drunk?" Bradley asked flirtatiously.
"Thank you" Hinata said, pulling Dane down to kiss his cheek.
"Flamboyant as ever, loverboy. How are you?" Hachi replied with a weak smile.

Ryuk groaned and buried his face in his arms again, upon seeing someone else come to make a move on her.
Leon: Eh, my parent's weren't much fun. I didn't really know much about them. They were always way too busy to spend time with me. Oh well, they're dead now anyway.
He shrugged nonchalantly.
Dane: Hmm, this punch tastes weird... Woooaaahhh, this glass looks weeeeeiiiirrrrd...
He looked down at the glass, his head resting on his hands resting on the table.

"Flamboyant? I like that word." He said with a proud look before appraiseing Hachi for a moment. "I'm doing good. Apperently the man I'm waiting for is as slow as a turtle or I've been stood up. But I seem to be doing better in the peppy department than you." He smiled at her warmly. "I mean really, your the most gorgeous looking girl at this party putting Hinata and that other girl to shame but you look like you've just ran a marathon. If you ask me I'd say its time for you to dance with some oh, Charming, Charismatic,Good Looking, Princely, and Flamboyant man of your dreams. Like say, Me?" Sheraton stated with his charismatic smile on his face, the one that made girls melt at the sight of it.

"Sorry to hear it all the same" Bradley said sympathetically as she took another gulp of her drink.
Hinata gave a secret smile as she pulled Dane's chair closer to where their sides were pressed together. "You're fabulously drunk, m'dear" she teased, kissing Dane's forehead. The only reason she wasn't equally smased was because she expected Leia or some other lush to generously donate a few spirits.

Hinata handed him an apple. "It's best if you don't have an empty stomach" she informed him, resting her hand on his knee and giving it a squeeze.
"You're welcome all the same" Bradley stated, trying to liven things up. "Would you like to dance again?" she asked softly.
