Like the many spellings of his name, Fay is also a character of many faces, so I guess it suits him. =P
Probably the weirdest spelling of his name I've come across though has to be "Faiye". I don't know if it's a mispelling, but it looks really weird...

I always use Fye, because that's how he is spelled in the German Mangas and they always stick to that, so it's kinda what I'm used to.
When I first read the manga without searching for stuff in the internet about it, like anime clips and so on, I also pronounced it way wrong. Like when pronouncing "Fye" German; it's hard to explain, but I say "ye" like in yell - with an "f" in front of it. Fye.
And because I was used to this for years, I probably won't change that habit and it sounds "right" to me. xD

Nonetheless, I really hate it when an anime/manga character has more than one name or spelling of their name. It makes it harder when you are trying to search for something...
(( Characters like Mori and Hani from Ouran High School Host Club each have their real name, since those are their nicknames, as well as Hani's name being spelt as Honey, Hunny etc. >> )) whee

They could have given him an english name. Remember how that was like? IT SUCKED!!! scream

Everytime I go to find a KuroXFai video I also have such a hard time getting them all because everyone always type's Fai's name different Dx ;;
