xXxBusterxXx Dr Iceic speedlemon2 mewtwo and lucario have the same attacks actually, your wrong. they may look like it, but they dont they only have 1 move in common and that attack is not that similar Lucario is completely different. His special moveset is Aura Sphere(duh!) as standard smash, force palm as side special, extremespeed as up special, and Me First as down Special. Also Dragon Pulse as Final Smash. i think its hyper beam

All i know is it's not Hyper Beam as Deoxys already uses it and if a pokeball pokemon has a certain move then playable ones don't have it.
So the only ones it could be are Flash Cannon or Dragon Pulse.

I'm pretty sure that Flash Cannon was chosen to match his type.
...
But he doesn't learn it without a TM and he does learn Dragon Pulse...
Well, I know it isn't Hyper Beam and I'm going to put my money on Flash Cannon since it is a STAB move.
