The 2 other ways are so much easier.

Wolf is slowly becoming my main. I don't think he has a bad attack, they are all pretty usable. So many moves with killing potential. My only complaint is lack of good recovery but fixing that might make him too powerful.

at first i tought i was only gonna use ganondorf..
it happened that now i only use wolf..hes my main now...
and hes not all that much of a clone...

anyways..since the moment igot wolf..ive been using him...
so much so..that my first day wit im..he was already at the top of every record... domokun

His Up Smash isnt all that great IMO. It hardly kills for me crying

I've noticed most Wi-Fi users with Wolf hardly use more than three of his moves in the beginning, then they start using his blaster after gathering damage so they don't have to confront you head on (Kinda like Pit players as well). All the time I could never get close to him because players will constantly use his upward and side specials not to mention that none of those attacks have a lot of lag even though I'm feeling a good measure of knock back. I just feel he's a little too overpowered.

Not to mention that I got off to a bad start with him. My brother turned the smash balls on and he could pretty much crack those with one hit and continuously used those to test my nerve to its limit. (Maybe I should mention that I detest final smashes. Even if I can crack them most of the time.)

Well, wolf is my main because of the blaster. You may call me cheap for it, but I like how when you use it, the mere act of pulling the gun out itself is an attack as is firing it. it makes for a nice little counter and interrupter. Then again, unlike many of the other players who use the Starfox characters to hit and run, it works well with my whole close combat style. However, like Dragonzealot was saying his up smash and side smashes rarely ever throw an opponent despite the damage they, which makes it harder to actually finish a opponent off. Where link's side smash can devastate a person with just a little over 50 damage, you'd be lucky to knock someone off the opposite end of the screen with a fully charged hit with 100 or more.

Actually, Id say his only real smash is the kick at the end of his up special and the the top of his side dash (which if you are caught at the end of the attack you are shocked where as standing in front will only slightly juggle you.

I personally don't see him being over powered. I compare him to the Melee Fox with Falco like speed. While he can rack up damage, it is only when you are at a high rate of damage where a successful smash will actually kill you.

Now onto the final Smash. To be honest, I hate the landmaster. All of them. There is no where to run. Unlike the the other smashes that take skill to use and dodge, this is a sure fire kill nearly every time except on a large stage. Still, that doesn't mean I won't use it. Hey, it's a final smash, I'm not going to let other people get it so it's one of those necessary evils to use it when you have the chance.

My advice: If and when you die, stay on the platform as long as you can. If you die when it is summoned you might be hovered to death when you return. The best plan is to survive as long as you can and if you die, wait for your invincibility. That way you aren't caught by a hovering kill.

Enough with the hints.

I can't see Wolf as a clone. I also can't image Krystal fairing any better than Wolf. I mean, yea I was hoping, but if you think about it would she end up a bigger clone than wolf? I mean, instead the blaster, she pulles out the staff and fires. Instead a deflector, it'd probably be a projectile absorbing technique....thingy. Krystal couldn't possibly be a power house unless she pulled of a Zelda. And for a final smash... I imagine either something with the staff again or she calls upon her might army of dinosaurs in a similar fashion, though not exactly, as Olimar.

I digress.

I say, for a power character, wolf is slightly underpowered which in turn balances him out.

So... yea... I lost my momentum on the second paragraph didn't I?

Krystal could use her staff for all of her attacks. While her standard special would likely be the fire shot, her side could be the ice spell and her down could be the earthquake. A plethora of tilts and smashes can be built upon Adventures.

Back to Wolf. I don't find him a bad character. Just now I beat my brother without losing a stock, mainly because I killed him twice with the same landmaster. I'll have to see if I can't find a good counter against him.

Wolf is really good and i use him a lot. his moves are powerful and the landmaster final smash is that bad either. What annoys me about wolf though is his lack of speed compared to fox and falco but other than that i'd say wolf is probably ONE of the best characters in the game.

Why would Wolf be fast like Fox? He's meant to be the opposite.

Not really. But at the same time you have a point. Fox is a speed character. Mainly because he's young and full of energy. Falco is pretty much the same way... only reckless. Wolf is the older, calmer, and in actuality better fighter than both. It's not his fault he's the villain and has to lose so you can beat the game.

What I wan't to know is, how did his voice go from being an English accent(Star fox 64) to country(almost all other star fox games) to black? I'm not complaining, it's just weird. Similar to how Krystal had a Jamaican accent in Dinasour Planet and went perfect English English in one game.

No. That's Dedede. Wolf was a bad guy until he saved Fox in Assault, and I believe he becomes bad again in Command.

He's not a bad guy, just an antagonist. In 64 he was hired to take down Fox, and you can't fault him for that because he's a simple mercenary. In Assault he worked with Fox to save Lylat and even imparted his wisdom onto McCloud. In Command he is simply acting on his rivalry with Fox, and he wants to defeat the Anglars just like Fox does. He's a rival, not a bad guy. Just like Dedede and Meta Knight, just like all of the rivals from Pokemon.
