"well i'm heading to the nearest bar and get drunk off my a**."

"since 1 second ago. something tells me ranma is going to escape and i'm gonna live it up while i can."

"thats not the point andrea well i'm going to find the nearest bar and inn coming or what?"

All of Ranma's quest weapons and items appear infront of Shosami via, the rift. His little dark fairy told Shosami that Ranma would be back, he just had some unfinished business to do.
