"Keep them. I can get plenty of them. They might not even fit me anymore. And you honestly don't have to bow." Addison said, getting up, walking over to Dawn. "Nice choices. You can throw your old clothes in the laundry to dry them. I think we need to wash a load anyways." She said with a smile. He hadn't stumbled across the door in the closet yet, which was a bit of a relief. Dawn could end up locked in there if he accidently walked in, and the door actually shut behind him, considering the weight of the door.

"Um... Okay..." He closed the closet door then turned to look at her. "What was that metal door in the closet for?" He asked, cautiously. He hadn't opened it, knowing it was rude to do so without asking. "I didn't go near it or anything."

"Oh... that..." Addison said with a sigh. "I put that in for the comfort of the other vampires. Some of us try to live on animal blood, while most prefer human blood. That room is a feeding chamber. If they don't feel like getting blood near their bedroom, they must ask my permission to use that room." Addison said quietly. "Mostly for conveniance of others. But since it lies in my room, no one gets in without permission." She whispered.

"Huh..." He looks back at the closet, then her. He shrugs and tilts his head to the side slightly. "That's reasonable. Where did you say I should put my dirty clothes?" He asked as he looked around.

"Well, someone will end up doing laundry eventually, so you can put it in my laundry bin, which is next to the closet door." Addison said, pointing to the laundry bin, filled almost to the top.

He looked at the bin and took a half-step back. "Eventually? That needs to be done now. Where's your laundry room? I'm doing your laundry." He said as he place his clothes on top of the bin and picked it up.

Addison sighed, knowing he was determined, leading him upstairs to the laundry room, showing him where the cleaner was, and how to work the laundry machines. "Honestly, it doesn't matter much. I might end up cleaning today anyways. I have to get the other vampire's things if they need washing. I plan on cleaning the windows too, and I must clean up the bathroom in my room. Besides, the other bathrooms might need a good scrub." Addison listed to herself, stuffing her gloves in her jacket pocket, tossing it on the stair railing.

"All of that I can do. You don't need to do anything but relax." Dawn said as he dumped the clothes, soap, and fabric softener into the washing machine. Turning the dial to the right noch, he turned it on. "I can handle everything."

"You don't have to do that! I can help, I've done it all before anyways! Besides, relaxing is boring when I never sleep!" Addison chimed in with a smile. "Besides, then we can finish it faster!"

He thought for a moment, scratching his head. "Oh... Alright. I guess we can do it together." He nodded then looked around. "After all, I'm gonna need help getting around this house."

Addison smiled, obviously excited to do something. "See! Now you can learn the way around the house, and accomplish something! What do you want to do first?" Addison asked curiously, trying to remember her list.

Dawn thought for a moment. "Well... We already started the laundry, so we should move all of the clothes that need to be washed into here. Then we can start on the bathrooms, doing your's last. After that I guess we'll do the windows and see if there's anything else we need to accomplish."

"Sounds good." Addison said, returning to her quiet voice again. "I'll go get the clothes, and come right back." She said, tip-toeing into the other vampire's rooms, fetching some of the laundry, trying not to disturb whatever they were doing. Addison decided she didn't need the baskets, piling up the laundry in her arms. By the time she reached Dawn, the laundry was tall enough to hide her head. "Back." She said, wobbling some, falling back on her butt, with the clothes piling on her. Addison seemed to be laughing from the bottom of the pile.

"Oh my goodness." He quickly walked over to her and started to dig into the pile. "You okay?" He asked as he pulled the clothes off of her and offered his hand. "You know you didn't have to make only one trip." He said with a smile on his face.

“Tsh”
Cold purple-black eyes stared at the ceiling. “I don’t want to wake up.” Rain declared to no one in particular. Going back to sleep was out of the question though, she’d had another of those memory dreams again and she didn’t want the images of her past floating before her eyes. Hadn’t she lived it once? Wasn’t that enough?
Muttering darkly under her breath, the vampire slowly sat up, taking in the familiar sight of the room she currently called hers. It was simpler than most other people’s she knew. Well, if a large bed, ebony drawers, fireplace and other furnishings could be called ‘simple’ anyways.
Slowly, she slid from the bed and opened one of the drawers. Which black shirt did she want to wear today? She grabbed one and pulled it on. She repeted with a pair of jeans but disided not to wear her boots, prefering to go barefoot in the still morning. She turned to toss her nightclothes into the laundry basket and discovered it wasn't there. Frowning, she tucked them under her arm and went to investigate.
What she found confused her even more. Addison, the coven leader sitting on the floor, spilled clothes all around her laughing a little and a smiling human male offering her a hand. She shook her head and went back into her room, tossing the clothes onto the floor near the door. She could retrieve the basket later.
"Mornings should be illegal."
