don't be afraid your love is doomed. this is just me, but it's more about a person's morality than how they behave. God loves all his children equally, does he not? And if that is true, why would he send them to a place where they would always suffer?

i don't know. i prefer abotu an ounce and a half. because then they cna argue but also understand your points and be confused becasue what they have been raised to believe seems to evaporate and they are left with the novel concept of original thought and personal oppinion.

After all, fear is a much better motivator than love. Sorry, I've been reading Machiavelli... sweatdrop I guess a lot of politicians are Machiavellian figures, but only for a given value of Machiavelli. A true student of The Prince would firmly believe it's better to be feared than adored. Most modern politicians believe it's better to be permanent than either. The Old Testament God is truly Machiavellian - his mentality is that if they fear your retribution, they're yours forever. The New Testament God is altogether pleasanter. The Lion and the Lamb...
