I enjoyed that movie very much and have watched it many times, haha. My brother however, did not like it. He said that he can't look at noodles the same way again, which he actually does and eats them normally.

LHL This is one of the greatest movies I have ever seen. It's just so beautiful and gross at the same time. I wish I could find it on DVD, but it's rented out everywhere right now. did you find it yet, over here in Germany they have all of the studio ghibli movies in like every store biggrin

Mononoke Hime was an incredibly epic movie. Very visual, very graphic, a wonderfully written storyline. There aren't any Ghibli films I've seen that I though were bad. But for my tastes it was more graphic than I like, I'm not a big fan of oozing puddles of goo...which incidentally Miyazaki seems to really like...*shrug* neutral I tend to lean much more towards his lighthearted films.

i love this movie so much it's what got me started on all of the studio ghibli movies. since i bought this dvd i have been on a quest to find more miyazaki films.
