I was just thinking...if they do make that Hellsing movie...if, since Seras would be the main character...would they pair her up with somebody!? I know that she "ends up" with Pip but...WHAT IF THEY PAIRED HER UP WITH ALUCARD!!!1!1!!!1! MY WALTERxSERAS WORLD WOULD JUST DIE! gonk crying
I understand that Alucard/Seras IS plausible but...I'm in love with the Walter/Seras pairing, especially in the original anime!

I was thinking about actors, and what about Tilda Swinton as Integra?
She's a rather intriguing actress. She's not a HollowoodPlasticPrettyFace, and she feels real. I've always imagined that the actor playing Integra should feel rough and handsome, but different and interesting to look at.

In the last picture she looks more like Cybil from Silent hill or Elena from final Fantasy VII Which is good, because both of them were tough and independent women

I think that Natascha McElhone would make a pretty good Integra. (Ever see Ronin?) She's easily tough enough, and I think the visual's pretty good... Tilda Swinton would probably be pretty good, too.

This might sound unkind, but I think that although Natascha McElhone is beautiful, she looks old. Older than what I imagine young Integra to look like in real life. I think with some make up to make her age a little more, she'll be a great older Integra.
Tilda Swinton looks so much like Annie Lenox.

Sorry, but I find Natascha McElhone to be rather....bland. Her face looks like it's been loaded with plastic, and she looks waaay too mainstream and "Hollywood Perfect". Yeah, she has some hard facial lines and nice eyes, but she's just not convincing to me.

But what about the plot? How are they going to make this thing all about Seras without Alucard? Maybe they put Alucard in for the beginning and make him disappear into a shadow somewhere? The storyline needs to work... I don't care who plays the characters right now.

Maybe they'll just do what the original anime did and make Seras the POV character for the story. Alucard will still be important, but we'll be seeing more how he impacts Seras's life and less about his life away from her... Like Alice's Adventures in Wonderland: Alice is the girl who fell down the rabbit hole, but the story is more about what she finds there ad how it affects her, rather than Alice herself (on her own she isn't that interesting, don't try to deny it). Likewise Seras is the "normal" girl who gets sucked into this dark world of creatures that go bump in the night, but the story is about the other characters she interacts with, but it's still from her perspective... If that makes any sense. sweatdrop

it makes perfect sense, Shadow biggrin I wonder if they are going to have the story start in the beginning, the middle of the war or after the war. Making a story after the war("after" I mean after the last volume of Hellsing) would be interesting. Since she has her full Vampiric powers now, I wouldn't mind seeing how she lives with having many souls like her master did...but that's just me though.

I personally don't see how they could really do justice to the awesome that is Hellsing. If they did do a live action movie it would probably have to be with people who aren't in the mainstream and easily recognizable, I can't think of anyone who would fully fit the roles of the characters in hellsing.
(also imho I think that Christian Bale's gruff voice from Batman is TERRIBLE and does not fit Alucard at all... the whole time I was watching The Dark Night I was like "whaaaaaa? I don't know what the hell he just said!!!")

But why Seras again? I would like to see it be made from a different viewpoint this time, or no specific viewpoint at all.

Pip/ Sean Bean (I honestly have no idea who could pull Pip good but this guy always seemed pretty good with his work, no doubt there.)
Alexander/ I want the guy who played Leonidas in 300!! Yeah (DUST TO DUST....AMEN!! *Stab*)
Schro (I dunno how to spell this buggers name. I either call him this or Cat Boy)/ Johnny Depp
Major/ I have a bizaar idea of Danny DeVito doin this role ok.
Rip Van Winkle/ I'd probably just make her more CG then anything and give her Laurie Holden's voice
These are just a few people I would want for Hellsing. Not everyone is listed but that's cause I wouldn't know who to play them.

the guy who played Leonidas in 300 is Gerard Butler. He also played as the Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera movie.

I tried to find it but I only found up to his Teen years and he kinda looks Elvis like with how his hair was done so I dunno if a teen Johnny would by good. I mostly picked Gerard Butler for Anderson cause alot of times I imagine them screaming each others quotes every time I see either of them.
