"I can't make any promises, Ukitake," Ikkimaru replied referring to not starting a war, "As you can see, my men desire revenge and I have to admit that I too wish to feel the cold joy of vengeance. Justice. There are a select few who cannot be forgiven no matter the circumstance, Aizen or not." Ikkimaru reluctantly finished his drink, not wanting to have an empty saucer. He set the vessel on the table in front of Kyouraku, who picked it up and slid it back into his sleeve.
"We can settle things later." Kyouraku added, "Sorry to cut this so short, but we should get going. There are still more preparations to be made for the war with Aizen. We'll be in touch." The lazy noble stood up after finishing his drink and turned around. Before he could move Ikkimaru suddenly let his Reiatsu flare up with frantic intensity. Kyouraku's eyes widened a bit, expecting an attack. After waiting a moment he turned back around to see Ikkimaru standing right there, eye glaring into his. Ikkimaru quickly thrust his fist into Kyouraku's solar plexus and retracted it before his old friend would notice what happened.
Kyouraku coughed a bit and leaned over some. Ikkimaru placed his hand on his the Eigth Captains shoulder, "Sorry, old friend, but you needed to feel a fraction of the sting I felt when you assisted in my capture. Be on your way."
"Honestly..." Kyouraku coughed and stood up again, straightening out his hat as he did so, "You just let me off quite a bit lighter than I expected. I deserved more. Come on Jushiro." He turned back around and looked toward the exit.

Ukitake was just as surprised as Kyoraku when Ikkimaru's reiatsu flared and preceeded the punch to Kyoraku's gut. At first, he thought a fight was on, but that line of thinking went away with Ikkimaru's explaination. Relaxing a bit, he followed Shunsui towards the door. Turning back for a moment, he said, "I don't expect forgiveness for what we did. I simply hope that, once this all over, you can accept our heartfelt apology." With one last apologetic look, he exited the 14th squad's temporary quarters to return to Soul Society.
Whistle was heard from Nagaharu a moment as he held up his arm, saying, "I think I got goosebumps. I haven't felt that kind of spirit pressure from you since the old days." Glancing out a nearby window at the backs of the retreating captains, he asked, "So, now we're allied with both Soul Society and Aizen. This could work out quite well for us. With free passage to Soul Society, we could start recruiting while still maintaining the illusion of aiding them. As much as I hate to admit it, there were even some within Aizen's ranks that might make good additions our squad. We've already seen how well Shinigami and Hollows can cooperate given a similar goal."

Ikkimaru nodded, "Yes, I think that this will work out quite nicely. And Dreza, I admire your input, but I think that taking this path may be the best thing for now. The time for blood will come and we will be able to fight anyone we want, but for now we must stick with playing both sides."
He glanced out the window as his old friends disappeared into the distance, "Our path is being laid out before us. They seemed to want to make amends and we can use that to our advantage. So here's the new plan. We will keep ties with Aizen and use him and his army to our advantage. Instead of him using us as a distraction we will switch the situation around and use his actions to get things that we want done, done. Once we have gained enough power we will betray Aizen before he gets the chance to betray us, then use our prestige from doing such to gain even more following in Soul Society. Our fame will be our best friend and the masses will flock to fight for us. Then we can have what's owed. What say you, squad?"

"Soon." Ikkimaru replied. He hadn't yet thought of exactly when they would be leaving, but he would come up with it. "I think I might want to pay Aizen a visit before we go. Plus it would look kind of suspicious if we just showed up in the living realm right after our talk with Kyouraku and Ukitake. I think we may want to give it a short while."

Nagaharu gave a childish sigh and flopped back on the quartz bench. "Fine. But, perhaps I should go with you. Just to make sure you don't lose track of things and fly into battle prematurely. You know you tend to do that sometimes." he said, heaving a yawn and stretch. This had been quite the eventful day. Striking two false alliances and finally having a way out of this hell hole once and for all. Just imagine what was to come.

Smashing the rock away before it hit him, Dreza had stayed quiet for the rest of the conversation. "Taichou, my statement was made with one reason in mind. Had those two tried to reject my idea or tyalk us away from it, I would have known what they said was nothing more than hollow words from the desperate."
Looking down at his wrapped arm as if thinking, "I believe I could open a gateway to transport the entire squad. I can't make any promises on it holding long enough, so I think my bankai should be a last resort still. And seeing how the Arranccarr react to Aizen, it seems they are bound to him in a way. I would not trust any who desertted him for our cause. If by chance there were Arrancarr created another means...."

"I don't care about all that," Mugoi barked in his usual deep tone, "As long as there is someone to fight I'll be happy and keep following orders. If you provide the enemy, Taichou, I'll provide the chaos that will consume them." The tall shinigami's fist was clenched tightly, held about shoulder height as he spoke. His blood boiled for a good fight and the chance to prove his might. Shinigami, Arrancar, whoever could provide him a good challenge, it didn't matter to him how they got out of Hueco Mundo or who they made alliances with. It would all come crashing down under his and his squad's strength in his opinion.

"By the way Mugoi have you tried using my reiatsu force technique since I last showed you? Hehe your first tries left you with a sore hand." His left hand relaxing, a smoldering wave passed over the blade leaving small swils or smoke.

"Yes..." Mugoi replied briefly, "I have been trying it out, but I still prefer my way of attacking. Something about that technique bothers me, but I can't quite figure out what it is."

"I appreciate the offer, Dreza, but I am wondering if using Aizen to leave this place could work in our advantage," Ikkimaru said while rubbing the hairs on his chin, "I'll think up something on the way to his fortress. Come on, Haru, let's drop in to say hello. You two can come if you really want, but it shouldn't be necessary."

Picking up a rock, Dreza closed his eyes and let his reiatsu flare for a moment. Flames surrounding his right arm, a darkness engulfed the rock and it vanished. "Id feel safer in an unstable portal than one that could be snapped shut if betrayed.." Moments later the same rock simply fell from nowhere and landed next to Mugoi.

"Yeah, but a portal's easier to get out of from the inside than into from the outside. Plus, I'd prefer one in which I knew it would drop me where I wanted, no such luck with an unstable one that could drop us anywhere." Nagaharu replied to Dreza, getting to his feet and following behind Ikkimaru. "Back to Los Noches, then. Geez, I'm doing a lot of moving around today." he said, heaving a stretch as he headed out the door.

"Feels good, doesn't it?" Ikkimaru replied, happy to have somewhere to go in the vast deserts of Hueco Mundo. Once again he let his subbordinates discuss the portal situation without his word being heard. He didn't like to put in any comment until he was sure of his decision ahead of time, something that his master taught him a long time ago. "Either way, Nagaharu, I'll try to keep up with you. It's been a while since I've practiced my shunpo other than random squabbles with the hollows outside, so I'll enjoy this little outing." With that said he vanished in flash-step. Though he hadn't been to Las Noches, he knew where it was simply due to the other members of his squad heading to and returning from the fortress.
