Kissa nods and follows him off to meet up with Nerise. It was that woman she'd met before."Er, thanks." Kissa steps into the room and glances over at all the clothes, then wanders over to pick something out.

Nerise nodded, having guessed as much, since that had been his last request. "Hopefully we won't have them long...otherwise we will have to talk to the seamstress." She murmured, figuring on saving some of her clothing for herself, after all. Then again, if any were not close enough in size, they would have to anyway, but that was another matter entirely. She glanced to Kissa, giving a light nod. "No problem. I can fix most of it to fit your wings and tail, if you need."

"From my preliminary studies, it may take a few months to devise a way to return them safely back home" Shade said to Nerise "So we may well have to do that"

Nerise gave her head a light nod of understanding. "I see...I'll make a trip tomorrow...or later today, perhaps." She murmured, glancing momentarily into the room and shrugging. "Better safe than sorry, right?"

Nerise smiled, giving another nod of her head. "Of course. But, in the meantime, is there anything else you need of me?" She asked, lifting a curious brow.

"Nothing that I can think of" Shade said, shaking his head "I shall be in my chambers, getting some rest. Wake me if something that needs my attention arises" he said to Nerise, walking off

"Very well." Nerise murmured as he walked off, before returning her attention to the two in her room, the door closing behind her. The skunk was curled up on her bed, sleeping again, which caused a small chuckle to escape the young woman.

Kissa glances over as the finish talking, then holds up a pair of pants and a shirt that she'd found. The pants were dark brown and the shirt was white. They were pretty basic looking items. "Hey, mind if I borrow these?" She asks, though she supposed it was stealing since she would be ruining the clothes when they cut slits into them. That's why she'd gone for the less fancy looking clothes anyways. Plus that was just her type of style, simple and comfortable, easy to move in.

Nerise tilted her head at her choices, looking them over a moment before nodding. "Go ahead." She murmured, before coming to sit on the edge of the bed. "Now, do you need me to cut the slits, or can you manage?" She asked, figuring she may as well offer, since she had mentioned doing so beforehand.

"Hm..." Kissa frowns slightly. Coming to stand before a mirror, she turns, looking at where the slits were on her shirt already. As she does so, though, she pauses, considering the wings instead. "Wow... they really are big." She mutters, starting to stretch them, then realizes that their length would be almost too big for this room.
Kissa folds them again, then glances over at Nerise. "Do you really think they work?" She asks, her eyes shining an amber gold with curiosity.

Nerise smiled, rising once more to her feet to get a better look at the shirt, as well as her wings. "I would suggest simply cutting the slits all the way into the collar of the shirt. Or....simply cut the back of the shirt to go beneath your wings..." She said with a light shrug, unable to think of any other solutions, considering the size of her wings.

Shade entered his bed-chambers, sitting down on his bed "What a mess of things" he muttered, slipping off his shoes & setting his staff aside "Nothing more to do now but rest" he added, lying down on his bed, closing his eyes, & was soon asleep

Kissa nods, thinking about it. "Maybe I can go on this shopping trip with you when you make it, see if there might be different styles of shirts that will make this easier." She comments. Back on earth, a halter top seemed like the most logical answer, something that'd leave her free in the back but still stay on, but she didn't know if this world would have those things. If there were other creatures with wings, then most likely, but she didn't know that yet. Kissa tilts her head slightly and continues to look in the mirror as she considers it.

Nerise nodded, having planned on taking them all along, after all. "Of course. This is only a temporary solution." She replied with a light shrug. "I've heard wings can be quite a hassle when it comes to clothing...now I see why." She commented, eying her wings for a moment or so.
