I've moved a lot of topics around. Right now, if it's not directly relating to LOTR or the Ultimate RPG (or rules and the like for the guild) then it's a normal topic (just not locked like the rooms).
I'll fix the list in RULES & GUIDELINES later, but I've got to run to class right now.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF LEAVING:
No, not leaving the Guild sillys!
I'm going to be out of town from Thursday (10/27) early afternoon to sometime around Sunday (10/30) evening.
It's my cousin Dawn's wedding and I'm flying out to Corpus Christi, Tx. I'm a bridesmaid... and I'm beginning to sense that phrase of, "Always a bridesmaid never a bride..." sweatdrop
Anyway, I'll try to check in over the weekend when I'm at the hotel. I'm sure I can convince my aunt and uncle to allow me some laptop time on their computer on Thursday evening (we're actually flying to Houston, Tx and then driving to Corpus on Friday).
Friday night I won't be able to check in because the rehearsal dinner for the wedding is on a boat and we're going Dolphin watching!
Saturday is the actual wedding.
Sunday I may be able to check in again, but I don't know if we'll be driving from Corpus on Sunday or if we're doing that on Saturday night and then staying at my uncle's again in Houston.
We'll just see how things go, ne?
Also, I'll bring back pictures! Me in a formal.... It's weird, you know, cause I had to wear a formal for the school banquets in Junior High and High School (so like 5 years in a row) and then the next year my cousin Vandi (Dawn's sis) gets married so here comes another formal (I wasn't a bridesmaid but the person who signed others in) and now Dawn's wedding and I've got this lovely cornflower blue formal.
So yes... pictures...

THIS JUST IN!
Apparently now, Guilds can purchase Sub-Forums. Currently I am trying to organize a way to, hopefully move, topics to sub-forums.
Each Sub-Forum costs 2.5K, and the Guild has a little over 5K in it's account. So, I ask everyone to donate a bit so that I can clean up the Guild and make it look all nice and pretty!
I am thinking of cleaning it up in this fashion...
Main Forum - Guild Stuff (this will include Announcements, Guild Rules (both for RPGs and subforums), Post Archiving (which we need to do again), Banners & Buttons, Banned People (which I need to go through and work on), and the Guild Website information.
SubForum - The Lord of the Rings RPG (this will include character bios, the RPG itself, old rooms, and character art (as well as a copy of the Rules).
SubForum - The Ultimate RPG (this will include character bios, the ultimate RPG, as well as a copy of the rules).
SubForum - LOTR Information (this will include the stuff like Sindarin, Valar, LOTR Music Videos, Breakthroughs, SW vs LOTR, Songs in Elvish, and Interesting LOTR images, as well as a new set of rules for this, and following, subforums).
SubForum - Other Fun Stuff (this will include Random Things, Harry Potter, Final Fantasy, Quizzes, Fanfictions (unless LOTR related, then in LOTR information), and Original fictions, as well as a new set of rules.)
Also, I am thinking of allowing people to donate to purchase their own Sub-Forum in case they want any different RPGs (like a SW one or HP one or anything like that). To do this, the wanter of the forum will need to tell me, send ME the gold, and once I have donated it to the Guild Funds (just to make sure I get the right amount and that we're not spending guild funds on sub-forums for others) then I will purchase your Sub-Forum and set it up according to how the buyer wants it (unless it lets Crew members edit it).
This will be for CREW MEMBERS ONLY! If you are not a Crew member and you really want a sub-forum, tell me why. I will review your posting record and get back to you.
However, for just the Guild to have it's proper subforums, this means we need to raise, 10K in the Guild account for Sub-Forum purchases (provided that I can move topics. I am going to be looking into this soon and will update you on if we can or can't).
We currently have exactly, 5,698 gold in the Guild account, which means we need to come up with (through donations)
4,302 Gold.
I hope everyone will donate some, even a few gold if that's all you can spare. I will be donating a bit (especially since I think you overpaid me for that Halloween set, Sar. A good chunk of that will go into the Guild funds).
So, keep up the good work and hopefully I can get everything cleaned up.

Also... I had to donate like 4K out of my pocket to get this running (since no one donated after I put up a plea for donations). SO, in light of this, I would like people to continue to donate because currently, our guild funds are equal to...

NEW SUB-FORUM!
Yes, there is a new subforum in town and it's called "The Adventures of Harry Potter".
Now, not only is this a place for HP fans to congregate, but there will also be an RPG involved.
Matt and I are working on getting the section up and running. He should have his portion up before I've got the RPG up.
There will be some interesting twists in this RPG, in the way that you have to take a quiz to be sorted into your House (unless your a canon character like Harry or Draco or something... *clings to Draco* though I already called dibs on him and his father! MWAHAHA!) Then, if you want, you can take a hard quiz to become the Prefect. If you pass that, then you can be Prefect.
I'll update you on when the RPG and Quizzes are ready!

The Sorting Hat Thread and the RULES! are now working (though I'm going to work on them extensively when I get off work.
You can get the quiz for your original character to be sorted into his/her house from the RULES. Please post your answers in Sorting and I will reply with your results in the first post of that topic.
I will get up a character bios thread, character art thread, and a few others as soon as I can... kinda busy.
I will also get the RPG thread up once I've decided if I want it to be Pre/Within-Goblet of Fire or Post-Goblet of Fire.
