(Yeah....I meant teh snake but said Bachi.....i feel retarded)
"Damnit" Kuro said under his breath. He knew he couldn't blow Bachi off without fully taking off his whale's horn, and that would make it useless, but if he did nothing, it would still become useless. he did a few handseals, and in a huge puff osf smoke, the whale was gone."Summons.......are great aren't they? They can come leave as soon as the summoner says so." He laughed a little. He needed a plan, but would let Bachi's next movement decide that. Even if bachi attacked, he could release his seal slightly, allowing Neku(His Bijuu(4-tailed Snow Leopard)) to manipulate teh snow and ice to protect him9like Shukaku does for Gaara). But then, he'd just be showing he had no other ideas and wasn't a fit shinboi.

Bachi fell gracefully to the ground, feeling rather satisfied with himself. "The are wonderful, yet very chakra consuming. Fortunately my snake get's all of it's energy from the armor I where, so I feel fresher then ever." lied Bachi. Although what he said was true, controling the snake was a whole other story. Bachi looked to ths sky.
The sun shall be rising soon.... this fight has gone long enough." Baci smalled both of his feet into the earth, which began to rise above his ankles. A wave of rock and dirt pushed Bachi quickly towards Kuro, who had his fists ready for the assault the Norwal had missed.

Fortunately my snake get's all of it's energy from the armor I where, so I feel fresher then ever." lied Bachi. Although what he said was true, controling the snake was a whole other story. Bachi looked to ths sky.

He knew Kuro had something big happened, something he had trained against. For once, he would have to put it into pratice. Wiping all fear and hesitation from his mind, he pounced on Kuro, lead and followed by half a ton of earth. Kuro's attack was fully formed and he punched forward as Bachi came in."Mizu Immortal Rasengan!(Water Rasengan)" He punched forward and hit bachi in teh chest. "No!" were Kuro's last words as a halfdemon human. He refused to budge from bachi's blow, but was still weakened. his armor began to crack from the force of both attacks. he didn't care whether he kileld bachi or not, but he would not lose. that i why he kept fighting. Neku has restored his energy and chakra enough for him to fight as if this was just teh start of a battle. Kuro could feel his chakra becoming limited, and knew that he would be done for if he didn't try and stop theweakening. An idea struck him. He had a way to unplug his chakra, but only for a few mintues. He jumped back 10 feet from Bachi, and crossed his arms and began to concentrate his chakra. The air grew thick, and a circular motion of air pressure circled him, making dust rise. He began to turn slightly red, veins in his head bulging. He was opening the gates.

His opponent had put a timer on his very life, and Bachi was very optimistic about it. His body torn, his chakra was low, but his will was higher then ever. "Open them all, why don't ya?" he taunted, laughing manically. "No amount of chakra can save you from your destiny!" Bachi gripped both his massive fists and sprinted towards Kuro, happy to have a chance to try his new jutsu.

Kuro was becoming redder, and redder and the air spinning around him grew faster and faster. He watched as Bachi ran towards him, and his gate was almost open.He threw his hands down from their position, sending a blast of air. He ran forward at Bachi, his arm back in a fist. he would finish this now.

Bachi quickly prepared his jutsu with a series of hand signatures, "Serpent trasformation!" he yelled as his armor seem to cave in on him. A closer look would reveal that the armor was liquidfying and entering Bachi's body through the pores of his body. The captain's body seemed to swell as his body was filled with the armor, appearing to be in a state of lyst. But, once every drop of armor was in his body, something changed. His skin was rough, almost scalely. His face seemed more animal then human. He looked like some horrible fusion of a reptile and man, brought to life by some sick twist of fate. The new creature stopped in it's tracks, and closed the eyes hidden behind it's slits. It looked ready to recieve the gift Kuro had for it.

Kuro smirked,"I expected half as much!" he brought the rest of his hand forward to reveal teh Rasengan. He used the gates to fuel it. He punched into the Bachi-snake, with his ball of energy.

The shell of Bachi vaporized upon impact, the skin turned into fine powder. "Firsst gate open and you're ssstil ssslow." said Bachi from behind. His skin was still moist from the shedding, causing him to glisten in the moonlight. "Better hurry now, before you tear your body to piecessss." Bachi multiplied himself, surrounding Kuor in a completely random pattern. All appeared to me the snarky police captain, but only one was the true. "Tick, tock." they all said in unizen.

"I know not the meaniung of the word slow." He punched and kicked at each individual one. He would find the real Bachi, even without a sharingan. He always felt eye traits weakened teh shinobi rather than strengthened.
