Angelofdeath895 He didn't sleep that night. Just stared up at the celing. Rest came easier with her there, but it also pointed out how much danger they where actually in. ((Awww....*huggles* Night!))

((Hehe, I'm gonna do a tiny biy of Godmodding and say Angel is laying on his side, facing away from Ana. That way she doesn't look like a total idiot for not noticing he's not sleeping. xd ))
Ana opened her eyes and rolled over. Sometime during the night, Angel had turned over, his back facing her. She looked at him, a solemn expression on her face.
The night before she had put on a calm and confidant attitude. Angel had enough on his mind already and didn't need to be worrying about her. But the truth was, she was terrified. She had a feeling that she had come a lot closer to losing Angel than he had let on.
And then there was Kyrai. The demon that had almost killed Angel was after Kyrai. And none of them knew where he was to warn him.
Feeling a sudden need to be close to Angel, she slid over and threw her arm around him, nuzzling her face into his back. Closing her eyes, she tried to hold back tears, but wasn't very successful.
After a moment, she got herself under control and pulled back slightly. She kissed him softly between the shoulders and whispered, "I love you Angel."
Reluctantly, she got out of bed and got dressed, careful not to wake him. She left him a note on the kitchen table.
Angel~ I've gone to check on Elec and to see if anyone knows where Kyrai is. I"m not sure when I'll be back. If I don't see you today, I hope to see you tonight. Be safe darling. ~Ana

She went to her drawer and took out a towel and the bikini Sanctum had made her. She gave a small smile as she looked at it. She went to the kitchen and added a section to the note she had already left for Angel. ps.~ No word on Kyrai yet. I'm heading over to the Reprieve with Sanctum and Elec. Might go swimming. wink ~Ana

(sorry for being so late...just got off work))
Angel wasn't in the room the second time. There was no note, nor was the bed made. Not uncommon for the scatter brained fox, but there was no signs of him taking a shower, or making breakfast. That was an odd occurance. Angel had a routine, and never delved from it when getting ready. It and Ana where the only things constant in his life, and he enjoyed that. It made him feel more natural. Tonight...he was no where to be found.

Ana opened the door for Sanctum to carry Angel in. Wearily, she went to the bedroom and sat on the edge of the bed.

*Sanc followed Ana in and set Angel on the bed next to where Ana was sitting.* "I don't want to leave you guys tonight. I'm going to sleep out on the couch if that's OK with you. Someone's after him. Or else after Kyrai. If anything happens, I'll hear it and come running."
