The boy and his cyndaquil kept walking, they were beside each other keeping to each other's pace. The two were both happy at their accomplishment of winning their first battle. Still the road ahead was large, paved with more and more battles. Each one tougher then the last though right now the simple win against a hoppip was enough satisfaction for the two of them. "Hey look Cedric... another town!" The boy excalimed and began running towards it. Cedric obediently following.

Owen entered the route leading to Newbark town, his brown iris eyes searching the area for the railroad station. The thought occurred to him that he didn't know where to go exactly. The other regions were kanto.. Sinnoh or Hoen the boy thought with a sigh, brushing his blonde hair from his eyes as he walked and pondered on where to go.

The boy finally reached the railroad station and stopped in front of it. He gulped, Owen had never left Johto before. This would be a first for the young trainer. He continued to walk into the station hoping to buy a ticket.

Inside the boy purchased his ticket and got on the train. A few seconds later the train departed, bringing the young trainer to Littleroot Town in Hoenn.

o•o || Back outside in NewBark Town, Faina held out her new companion, the Cyndaquil looked content in her arms, but still wiggled out from her grip, falling swiftly to the ground. "I suppose you want to walk then?" Faina asked, Ifrit nodded. "Very well, keep close." She smiled, heading out of the city. She entered the route that was already so familiar since she'd just passed it moments before. Cherrygrove city was next on her list, there she'd stock up, and rest. However while on this Route, she'd atleast get Ifirit to level up abit. She looked down watching her companion eagerly keep up, and with a smile looked back up once more.

o•o || Out on the route, Faina stopped to rest, tired from her trip to Newbark Town from Violet City, she watched Ifrit explore, wondering around the grass. She wondered what ehr companion was looking for, but decided to simply organize her bag. Pulling it off her sholder, she pushed what balls happened to stray away onto the secret compartment away and pulled from the compartment a piece of paper. Folded multipul times she undid it, and reveiled a family photo, one of the rare ones ever taken. Ifrit, back from her exploring tryed to see what Faina was holding. Turning over the paper, Faina pointed herself out in the picture. "This is me." She stated, moving her finger along the people. "Next to me is my first older sister, Daina. Then there is Saina, Taina, and Caina. See the pattern. My parents were kinda lazy." Faina smiled. Ifrit tilted her head, and with a gentle coo walked away. "I know, i'd do the same thing." Faina giggled. Folding the picture back together she slipped it back into the compartment, and went to work organizing her bag.
