Jennie is wearing this with flats and hair half way up Her eyes))ღ Kairi watched Reko's face change as he tried to place what she had just told him. She sat still, giving him time to take it in. When he finally got it she was biting her lip again as she let go of Reko's hands and shook her head "There is no need for that Reko. If he disappears then he does.... Me and Jennie will leave in the morning though. Forget I said anything okay." Kairi knew she shouldn't have said anything, Reko didn't want to be a father, and she knew she should have waited longer. by now Kairi had stood up from the sofa and realized she didn't know how to leave the room, she didn't know the spell Saia used to get them into the room so there for she didn't know how to leave. That's all she wanted to do was leave. She was kicking herself in her mind, she should have let it be, get to know re-know Reko, but no she knew best, she had to tell him that he was the father of her only child.
ღ Jennie gave a nod to Saia as she was being rushed out the door. Jennie looked the place over also and said "I am not sure, maybe the smell of the tarts brought you here, or you pasted it on your way in, I wouldn't know we came different ways. Or maybe Saia planted the thought in your head or you saw it in her mind. Have you tried to see pictures in other people's minds, that is not really helped, touching them you can see images better then if you were only close to the person." Jennie wasn't really sure how powerful Amari was, or if there was something here that drawled Amari here. Jennie would leave her eyes open as well as her ears and everything else on her body she had that could help keep watch over the two.

Reko
Reko quickly moved after Kairi, grabbing her from behind and holding her tight. "Kairi... if I had known... I would have been back in a heart beat. to hell with Alexandra's problem with me, I never wanted to leave you like that. i thought at the time I was just keeping you safe, but a child... my child..." he swallowed hard realizing just what this meant. "I've missed her whole life... left you with that burden." the more he talked about it the more he held onto her. before he hadn't needed to question his choice to leave Kairi in the safety of Alexandra's care, but knowing he had left a child behind... everything he had accomplished suddenly became the worst choice he had made.
Amari tried to think about the way they had come in but it had been in the other direction, and she hadn't seen any images during the time she had talked to Saia. "no... nothing like that...i wish mom were here...then it wouldn't feel so weird." she hadn't thought about it till now but when these kind of things happened around her mother it seemed normal, now not so much. "well... at least were here i guess." she tried to manage in a casual voice.

"I don't blame you, nor do I hate you for any of it. Jennie was the best ting that happened to me after you left," She turned to face him as she talked, "You did not know anything about her, but she kept me from going father into myself after you left this last time I fear I would not be staying before you if I didn't have her. Would probably have been staked or something. And knowing what you've done over the last 50 years, in the end it will be worth it. Jennie is still a child, she will live a great deal more before she dies. In a way Jennie didn't have me much while she was growing up. I found you once, about 25 years or so ago, and I was going to tell you but I chickened out. Then I could never find you again... till now. Please don't get mad at your self, or at me." Kairi looked at him though teared eyes, looking for anything on his face.
ღ Jennie looked at Amari as she talked and then back up to the place. "Your mom never said why it could have happened?" Jennie looked back to the girl and added, "That we are, care to eat?" She knew that would at lest cheer her up some. Jennie waited for Amari at the door, she could smell different sents which made her tummy rumble.

Tician Mackleroy  Tician's eyes were still on him as she now slowed to a walk still facing him, her hands clasped behind her back. Her deep lilting laugh escaping her throat as he corrected herfor using his name. He was a rather amusing fellow in her opinion, but when he gave his condolences for the loss of her mate and child. The smile falted brielfy as she shook her head, causing her long blond hair to swish across her bare thighs. "Like I said life can be very twisted. But I appreciate you giving honest condolences Vex. But you see, my mate and me had a unique understanding... When he got me, I was a slave to another packs alpha. He was intrigued because I don't submit and fought killing for my freedom. My son...Our son would be a strong warrior. My lady mother and sire, they raised us not to mourn for the dead but honor their strengths and valor" Tician said in a soft voice, thought her tone was firm almost commanding to no one in particular. Sighing softly as she processed his words about her sister, setting her mouth in a thin line before speaking again, sounding put out and a bit disgruntled. "Ah yeah the world would be a very dull place. And as for your offer, I will probably end up taking you on that one. More so if you can hold your own.. But my asking was more for hopes you didn't have one. I fear that when I get to the blasted building she will have sold me to stupid manual labor. She knows i don't like working as a bouncer, or manual laborer.. I have always belonged outside away from the inside delicate work that a house or buisness requires. I mean, I may not be good in the kitchen and break dishes and cannot sew to save my life. BUT I am not A BOY! And I did go an irk her big with the babying her." Tician said the last big coming out as a plantive whine. Breathing in deeply, she caught the strong smell of food cooking and as the sound of people reached her ears. Knowing that they were near the edge of the town, she turned around and began to walk beside vex. "Besides if I know her, she is in a hot bath or just getting out of one.. And don't worry she will be working as well. So if you can tell me more about this uh.. small militia that is here protecting teh town. That isn't exactly normal by this day and ages' standards.. And to boot it takes a very strong willed person with a lot of Charisma to gather and keep them in line." Her voice was still polite and conversational, but the flippant manner gone taking it's place was seriousness. ((*Grabs a giant folded paper fan and smacks Andi over the back of her head* NO NO Bad Andi that isn't how you RP. More so if you don't know that the poor character was interacting with her.... stare and don't say anything bout my post in the other thread woman!))

Lunaria Mackleroy  Lunaria stopped at the door watching as they filled it, a smile on her lips. Her excitement starting to cool off and her mind nudged her letting her know a few things, since she was ignoring her senses and their input from their surroundings. The first was the young man smelt of wolf, causing her blink as she looked over her shoulder seeing him still standing there at the top of the stairs. A singular word popping into her head to describe him 'puppy'. With a soft tinkling laugh escaping her lips as she watched him, her mind registered that he smelled faintly of the red haired man that had been talking her sister and herself outside of town.
Not one to take things overly seriously unless it warranted it, Lunaria let her gaze sliding from the young man. She decided right than and there, if she saw him later she would attempt to talk to him, and tell him she gave him a nick name. Once more that soft tinkling laugh escaping her lips, when she heard one of the boys tell her, her bath was done. Tearing her gaze from Reko to the boy who spoke, as she stepped aside letting them all pass. Nodding her head with a slight crazed smile on her lips as she slipped into the room, nudging the door with her foot to close it. Not caring if it shut all the way, as she had no real need for modesty.
Quickly Lunaria stripped herself and slipped into the practically scalding water, with a sigh of bliss. All the weariness from the last few years of hard traveling seeming wash away. Lunaria closed her eyes as she let her head slip under the water, and her long black hair float on the surface of the water. Her mind easing enough to go over and organize her thoughts. She had only been reunited with her sister for about fifty years, and their meeting wasn't unexpected as they were twins. She didn't really recall much except that her sister said she found her lost, in pain and going slightly nuts in her vampiric form. After that she had began to recall what had set her off, and it dealt with her master doing something that caused her to break. Her body had hrt and was burnt all over, meaning she had used her powers.
Scrunching up her nose as she opened her eyes to see her hair floating on the water above her. Not having to actually breath was one of the very few perks she enjoyed of being the technical 'undead', meaning she could just lay there under the water for extended periods of time. Letting her mind wander, she thought it was fate that brought them news at the last town they were at. She was reading some old scrolls when she came across the vague passage, making her remember her 'Sire' mentioning Ancients and their immense power, and how he would love to harness it. "As if that b*****d would be able to do that. If what that passage said was true. Ultimate evil is what those are, and they should stay sleeping." she thought to herself.
Opening her mouth and letting a few air bubbles escape so she could watch as they ascended to the surface of the water only to be thwarted by her hair. Making her smile to herself as she sat up, leaning her head on the back of the tub relaxing. She could feel her sister's mixed emotions coming through their link. She missed the days when their link allowed them to talk mentally. That ended when she had been turned, being cursed more like it. "DAMMIT I will find a way to get rid of this curse. I will find away to cure it...." she muttered aloud to herself as she began to wash her body and hair with the stuff that had been supplied. ((-holds head whimpering n slight pain as I glare at Lana- Hey! I wasn't sure, and besides I was in character very well. -pouts- I think I shouldn't of ever showed you Full Metal Panic now... Besides, she will come to interact with other people more so be patient))

Reko reached up wiping a tear from her face. "yeah sure, maybe she does have a lot of years to live but I missed the most important ones, to me that makes me no worse than my father." for a moment he was lost in that past encounter the one he hid even from himself. "i don't wanna become that man..." he pushed that thought aside and looked back at Kairi. "where do we go from here then..."
Amari perked up a little at the smell of what was being made in the building. "mom didn't really answer any of my questions about what was happening, she usually got distracted by something random." Amari followed inside and sat down at a nearby table looking at a menu on the table. "when she did talk to me about it she said talking to people about these things would only confuse them or scare them away, and that I'll get use to what's going on."

"That is up to you. we three can have dinner tonight if the girls have not already ate, or we can give you time to take it in. I understand how you feel but your father knew about you and you did not know about Jennie. I am sure she will want to know if you know anything about her father, since you knew me around the time she was you know... made. Its up to you if you want her to know now later or ever. I'll give you that choice." Kairi was still crying slightly and with out meaning to she closed the space between them with a kiss, her wet cheeks rubbing against his as she kissed him lovingly "I hope you want to be in her life and it seems like you do but if you still need time to take it in I understand. I hated that I kind of just dumped it on you, but I wasn't ready to leave yet, and I was sure you might figure it out if we stayed to long. And then you wanted to learn about him, and it hurt that you would think I would give up on you so easy and let another man take me."
ღ Jennie walked inside with Amari and sat down with her to wait. "That sucks, I don't know how you've lasted so long with the way your mom sounds. I mean I bleary lived with my mom gone ALL the time, but I guess I had my Grams and Gramps. I wish we would have met before now." Jennie smiled and glanced at the menu not sure what to get.

Reko brought his hands to his face as he thought. "yeah... I mean... I want to see her, talk to her now that I know...but." he took a deep breath before letting out a long sigh. "I have to think... a lot... before I can talk to her as her father..." thought Reko had barely needed much time when deciding what to do with the guardian wolves, this was a different matter, one that might involve the guardians as well. her kiss brought him back, as he held her close. "you don't have to leave Kairi. ever. once I figure out what I have to do i'm going to make up for the years I missed. I promise Kairi."
Amari smiled kindly as she thought about her mom. "yeah... she is troublesome but somehow I know its how she shows her concern for me." Amari wasn't concerned with any actual food already ordering the blueberry tarts without thinking about anything else. after that she looked back over to Jennie and smiled with her. "yeah, its kind of like having an older sister I never had until now, but atleast we have met!" she finished, clapping the menu closed.

She looked up at him and said "You don't have to say anything about anything yet. Talk with the others, if you want wait till your done with your work here that's understandable. What you are and want to do with this group here will be better if you focused on that, and don't worry I will not leave and Jennie will either." She put her arms around him and gave a sigh saying "And I know you will make up for it, Reko." She lean up and kissed his cheek and out her head back don his chest as he still held her.
ღ Jennie smiled as Amari thought of only the tarts. "At lest you know how to read your mom, that's a good thing. I sometimes wish I couldn't 'read' my mom. And yes I've always wanted a sister." Jennie smiles and made her choice as a waitress came over and asked what they wanted Jennie said. "I will have a blueberry tart, and she will want the largest blueberry tart you have" She closed her menu and smiled giving it to the waitress. "Also a lemonade to drink for me please."

even though Kairi kept telling him to keep going with the guardians he was finding it harder and harder to concentrate on doing that. "so Jennie... is there anything I should know about her? like stuff she doesn't like.. or maybe what kind of things she likes to do?" he felt odd asking such things, before it had been what kind of skills did someone know, if they have any bad background with vampires, or something fight related. "its going to be different, maintaining the guardian wolves and trying to be "dad-like". you know you will have to give me pointers since you have been doing it for so long." he joked.
Amari handed the waitress her menu too then bit her lip as she looked down. "umm... are you... mad at your mom? I mean you didn't sound to happy a few times when you talked about her...do I need to stop talking about moms?" she hadn't wanted to ask before because it wasn't any of her business but now she was beginning to wonder if she was talking about her own mother too much.

"She loves blue and at the moment she is in the Rebel stage of life. She don't have any true friends that she calls true or even best. She grew up under Alex, I was to busy looking for you. All but maybe 7 years of her life or so and then months here and there, when Alex ordered me home and refused to let me leave. I was so mad at her but I am happy about it now. Jennie loves her father, even though he is not around. She loves blue and I think she is starting to take a liking to boys." Kairi added, making a face. "When we first left with the group, I found she was taking a liking to White... And if you would have saw the dress she TRIED to wear while walking in a land she knew nothing about, I mean really." Kairi gave a small smile as she lucked her arms around Reko's neck and said "Maintaining the guardians will be much easier, trust me. Our child is a teenager."
ღ Jennie gave a shook of her head "No I am not mad at her. I don't like that she blocks her mind when ever we start to talk about who my father is. It's like she knows but has not wanted to tell me. Don't worry about it talk about moms' as much as you like" Jennie smiled as their drinks were served, Jennie took a sip of hers. "I could never stay mad at my mom long if I ever did get mad at her, she was gone to much and home so little that when she did come home I forgot why I was mad in the first place. What about you? Do you and your mom ever fight?"

Reko bit his lip when Kairi mentioned Jennie being her father's child and in her rebel stage, remembering how he use to be as a child in the Howitz pack. "the things she gets from me and it had to be that..." even remembering his problems with keeping friends. he tried not to think anything crude about Alexandra when Kairi said she had mostly taken care of Jennie. "Alex took care of her? does she know... who Jennie's father is?" even thought he now held a little more respect for Alex he knew she still held him in the same regard and the order to take him out was probably still standing. he raised an eye at he mention of Jennie and boys, he didn't expect to be protective but part of him wanted to actually give the boy his fight he had ask for earlier. "yes... the guardians are usually accepting of whatever I ask of them."
she let out a sigh of relief after ask that. "that good, I'm sure that now since she's found Reko she'll have a lot more time to spend with you, and maybe tell you something about your dad." Amari took a sip of her drink and thought for a moment. "ummm.... no, I don't think so. I use to get mad at her when I was real young but she always seemed to know how to distract me from being mad. its odd how she knows when i'm really getting annoyed too, cause she says or does something I can't be mad about."

Kairi smiled and kissed his nose. "But you were the worst out of us two" She smiled again and lead them back over to the only sofa in the room and sat pulling him to join her. "Yes Alex knows your the father. In fact she is the one who found this island. She is also sick, this island was my last chance to finding you. I am not sure how many more months she has left. I don't know if its a sickness she has had for a while and it is just now taking toll. Of course no one else knows about this. And can not know about it. For all we know Alexandra will still out live us all. She is so stubborn" Kairi gave a small smiled. That was a reason why Jennie had to come with her in case something happened back home. Alasteir would handle things till we got back but Kairi was hoping it didn't come to that; she almost gave up looking for Reko when Alexandra found this land. Kairi gave a small cough and went on "Alasteir told both Alex and me about what you did a few couple of years ago. Alex no longer wants to kill you, you are back to the very close thing called hate, if not right past the line. But you gave her something no one else could give her, a true blood grandchild. Who is also half were wolf. So she can not hate you to much." Kairi smiled at the fact that he can control the guardians "Yes but not Jennie, she has a mind of her own."
ღ Jennie smiled at the thought that she and her mom could maybe have some time together. Now that she found Reko. But she wasn't so sure about talking about her father though. "Yeah maybe, the hanging out part any ways" Jennie gave her a smile/laugh as the tarts were severed and drinks refilled. "That does sound wired, maybe you mom can see things like you can. Maybe we can seek an audience with 'The Lord Reko'" Jennie gave a small laugh, she wasn't making fun of him but in all the stories her mother told her about him he was never a lord. she didn't mean to make it seem like a joke, but from the look of a women three table over, she did not like it. At all. "Touchie" Jennie said in a whisper.

Reko followed her over and sat down putting his arm around Kairi once again. "sorry to hear about Alexandra... but my promise to Alaster still stands. I won't return to Labrynthia until the Guardians are returned to the prior reputation." he ran his hand through her hair. "I can't say how Alexandra and I would get along now but i'm sure it would be better than before. i'm sure she will overcome whatever is causing her to be sick thought, your right that she won't go that easy."
Amari giggled at Jennie's use of Reko's title. "it is odd to head someone spoken of in that way, especially someone like him..." she got quiet as she thought about the things she saw after touching him. "he didn't act like that before... I wonder what changed that about him." the Reko she had seen and the Reko she met were two different wolves, atleast as far as she had seen. she took a bite of one of the tarts and her eyes lit up as she let out a slight squeal. "oh my god! they are soooo good!"

Kairi cuddle into him "She I heard you are looking for another wolf? There is wind that it might be some one you knew a long time ago...?" Kairi asked looking up at him.
ღ Jennie gave a nod of her head agreeing with Amari. "I am not sure, I just think no one here knows the Reko we know." Jennie then took a bite of her tart as well "Oh wow these are to die for. And I am not even a huge Burberry fan." She laughed at the small squeal of her friend and the looks they were given once again. Jennie laugh even more at that. She loved how she was getting looks when back home no one would have looked at her any kind of way. She loved being away from home. She smiled at her new friend taking another bite of her tart.
