Observer nodded, "Thank you, Morgan" Slowly, as if he didn't want to leave, he turned and went to go search the ruins for any thing worth eating.

Viper opened his eyes and yawned. He takes a look around and sees Morgan upstream working on the boat. He looks around for Tengi but doesnt see him anywhere. Viper was about to get up when he saw Morgan start to look over. He quickly closed his eyes to fake asleep, then cracked them open to see her going back to work. Viper started to move his arms and could feel everything on his body once again. The pain was gone from his body, and most of his body has already started to heal. For some reason Viper has always been able to heal quickly. Viper looked at his surrounding to get his bearings on the area. He looked over at Morgan one more time and faked asleep for her once again. Once she turned around to go back to work, Viper made his way for the river. He grabbed a log that was by the river and climbed in silently. He completely submerged his body to where only half his face showed above the water. "Sorry guys, but I dont have time to wait, I've got to find Emerald." Viper thought to himself as he let the river current take him down the river as he used the log as a bouncey.

Viper had been floating for what seemed to be hours when he felt the current start to pick up. This could only mean rapids and maybe a waterfall , so Viper made his way for the shore line. Viper climbed out and stretched his body out. He shook himself off, then heated up his body to evaporate the water. Once dry he continued his journey on foot. He decided to follow the river, figuring it would have to lead to a large body of water, which could help him find his way to Basing Se. He continued walking till he heard a familiar sound, fire nation tank engines. Viper ducked into the forrest and followed the sound, when he almost falls off a cliff. Viper catches himself, then looks out over the cliff to see in the dessert a lot of tanks. Although what got his attention wasnt the tanks, but what they were riding next to. Inbetween the tanks was what looked like a gigantic spear. Viper squinted his eyes to try and makeout what it really was, when he saw what was onfront of the massive thing. It was a drill. Viper plopped on the ground in shock "They're heading in the direction of Basing Se...they must be planning to use that against the massive walls of the city...." Viper lowered his head in shame "I'm strong but there is no way I'm strong enough to destroy something of that size....its huge even from this distance...." Viper sat there thinking of what his next move shall be.

Viper looked out at the drill and tanks and stood up. "Well no use standing here. At that speed its going to take the drill forever to reach Basing Se. My best bet is to follow this path towards Basing Se. Going on foot I'll be sure to make it there before that drill does, then I can warn them." Viper started to walk when pain rushed up his leg from his old injury. He fell towards the cliff edge and he quickly grabbed a branch to hold onto. He sighed in relief as he dangled over the edge of the cliff, when the branch snapped. Vipers face filled with terror as he fell "MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH OBSERVER AND MORGAAANNNNN!!!!!!" Viper yelled as he drew closer to the ground. Viper took a deep breath and moments before he hit the ground he threw his arms to the side and slammed them together creating a massive fire ball that he launched towards the ground causing his body to be pushed upwards from the ground. Then in the same motion he put his hands to his side and then straight out infront of himself creating a flamethrower he fired at the ground. Creating a lift for himself to stop him from splating on the ground. Viper reached the ground and landed with a thud. He laid there with his face in the ground and sighed "Forgot how much fun it was to travel alone..."

Viper moans as he pushes himself up to his feet. he looks up over to where he saw the tanks and drill and can only see smoke "They must be farther away than I thought..." he looks up at the cliff he fell off "Wow...thats higher than I though..." Viper holds his arm as he limps over to a boulder and leans on it. He pops his shoulder back into its socket and rests there catching his breath "Heh...maybe I shouldnt have left them....I'm sure Morgan is going to love seeing me like this..." Viper laughed as he started to walk off following the wall of the cliff "And I'm sure Observer will laugh at my stupidity..." Viper laughed as he limped off.

Morgan hides her blush with a serious look. She pushes the log forward with great speed. "We should keep an eye out for Viper. For all we know he could have fallen off the face of the earth... (hehe,couldn't help myself)." Morgan slows them down letting the river carry them, so it's easier to spot Viper. She pushes her black hair back behind her ear to keep it out of her face as she looks around.

Morgan bends the log over to the shore and hops off. She bends down next to Tengi, trying not to wrinkle her dress. "By the looks of it something big came through here, and it's heading for Basing Se. Knowing our luck Viper saw them and decided to follow." Morgan lifts her head to see if there is any sign of Viper.

Morgan looks at the prints once more, trying her best to ingrave them into her memory. "It can hurt to go look at the cliff. For all we know he's at the bottom of it dead." This thought ran chills down her body. She looked away before Tengi could read her. She always felt like an open book. His smile only made her more nervous, but she was thankful for his kindness.
