I saw the same preview when seeing Hitchikers as well -- I was kind of excited. I loved the references to The Rescuers and what not. It made me chuckle. On another note, I don't think Disney's working with Burton on the Corpse Bride. The flick looks delightful, however. Between that, Star Wars, and Willy Wonka I'm about ready to burst in anticipation.

I don't care to see the new Star Wars film, which shows just how much my interest in sci-fi has deteriorated. If I decided to watch it, it will be when it hits video.

Same here -- I'm hoping Lucas doesn't ruin this one at all, but all the same I have to see it. I love Star Wars everything and am currently watching the original trilogy -- I'm talking PRE special edition. It's truly a fantastic experience.
On a side note, I just moved this weekend and it's such a pain. I live on campus and the campus janitors didn't clean after the last person moved out so it was a disaster. My roommate doesn't have a car so I've been moving the both of us, the trunk of my car broke and won't latch, and I ended up getting a parking ticket while moving which is so not going to be paid. All settled now. It's a nice big place, with an upstairs and downstairs and air conditioning to boot. I don't know what to do with all this space because my last place was a studio apartment. Hot diggity.

Yay.
I've just decided I'm quitting this job.
I can't take this junk any more.
My managers are idiots, it's a thankless job, working until 3:00 in the morning is just plain unacceptable when there aren't any extra magic hours, I'm homesick, my fiance is going back to Hong Kong this Saturday.
I'm probably giving them a two day notice, then leaving, and that's only because I want to leave without a no-rehire status.

Have you guys ever seen any of disney's nazi cartoons that were banned?
One of them has Donald Duck being a nazi and eventually, at the end he wakes up and says "Thank god I'm American!"
The other is how a boy grows up to be a nazi. It's really interesting.
Has anyone seen these?

episode three--I'm going to the midnight show, even though I'm also rather disinclined to see it at all. I and II were really nothing special, but my love for the originals is what keeps me coming back...and yeah, the ending of return of the jedi was so much better when they had the little ewok song in it. My tape is dying, though. sad
Heat--you be careful about that rehire status. But yeah, it does sound like your job kinda sucks. Go to another character audition! (My equity audition is June 17th!)

I can't wait that long, it's not until July 28
and I need out NOW.
I'm tring to leave this Wednesday, if not then, this weekend.
The minute my credit card recieves the payment I made and I have a ride from the airport to my home, I'm out of here.
