Punch a big block of glass like I did. Just hope that it breaks on contact. If it dossen't then it hurts, and if your me you'd get pissed and hit it twice as hard three more times (two to break it) and one after words that shatters your knuckles and your skin and makes them bleed badly.

Why not? I've slept on glass, only because I didn't know it was there and I really didn't have a choice. I had a few cuts when I woke up but nothing that didn't heal in about a week. Long story and I don't want to tell it all.
