ChaosSanctum ananda082001 Ana looked at Adharon, her eyes beginning to fill with tears. "Adharon please.....I...I need your help. I can't go on like this anymore." She fell to her knees, and lifted pleading eyes to the god before her. *Adharon nodded.* Ana wrapped her arms around herself and took a deep breath. She was unable to meet Adharon's gaze and so she stared at a spot just in front of his feet as began to talk. For the first time since the attack, she told the whole story of her rape by the clone. She hadn't meant to blurt it all out like that, but once she began talking, she found that she couldn't stop as she relived every moment of the horrific attack. When she was done she knelt, shaking at Adharon's feet, and was finally able to meet his gaze. "Adharon please....he...he s-said...he said he ch-chose me becuase...because..." Her voice broke into fresh sobs. "Oh, god, he said said he chose me because it was secretly what Sanc wanted. Th-that Sanc had always wanted me and that now he could m-make it a r-r-reality." Her eyes were wild with confusion and pain as she loked at the one being that she prayed could help her. "I...I d-don't want to believe it. I know Sanc loves Elec and would never hurt me. But I can't get the clone's words out of my head. What...what if it's true? What if there's a part of Sanc that...that...." She reached out towards Adharon. "Please Adharon, you're Sanc's god. You know his heart and his mind. Please, the doubt is killing me. I can barely stand to look at him anymore. Please...tell me it's not true. Please."

Why would I even think that. I know I'd never betray Elec. And with To-Chan's woman, no less. And now she's my sister... that would just be wrong beyond belief. She knows I'd never do that. Ana knows I would never hurt our beloved Elec like that." *The words that Sanc had thought in his mind slowly faded away. Adharon removed his hand and stood before Ana again in the sacred grove, looking down at her*

Once Ana had a clear insight to Sanc's thoughts, Adharon gave a small whisper. It was naught but a mere suggestion to trigger Sanc to think about it.* *In a sudden burst came a laugh, almost like text in the air, but at the same time, spoken by words similar to Sanc but from far off.* "Hah. Why would I even think that. I know I'd never betray Elec. And with To-Chan's woman, no less. And now she's my sister... that would just be wrong beyond belief. She knows I'd never do that. Ana knows I would never hurt our beloved Elec like that." *The words that Sanc had thought in his mind slowly faded away. Adharon removed his hand and stood before Ana again in the sacred grove, looking down at her*Ana felt as if a huge wieght had suddenly been lifted from her body. The tears that flowed from her eyes now were clean, healing tears. The spell of the clone's poison words was broken. She knew she had nothing to fear from her beloved brother. She looked up at Adharon, her eyes shining in gratitude. "Thank you. Thank you so much Adharon. You....you gave me my big brother back." She shook her head. "I should never have doubted him." She sighed and stood, wiping the tears from her eyes and spoke, half to herself. "But why? Why me? Was I...just the unlucky one? Or was there a reason for what hapened to me?"

Just thinking outside the box here.)) *Adharon placed a reassuring hand on Ana's shoulder* ((Hmmm...we could. I'd want it to be a "secret" gift though. Something she doesn't know about until she summons the dragon for the first time.)) Ana nodded. "He certainly has done a lot of damage. And not just to me. What he did....it's torn our family apart. Angel...he....he blames Sanc for what happened. I tried to explain that it wasn't Sanc's fault, but he wouldn't listen. All he can see is that it was a creature of Sanc's that hurt me. I'm scared of what he'll do." She looked at Adharon again. "You've already done so much. But...is there anything you can do? Any way you can make Angel see? Make him understand? If either of them are hurt because of me...."

Ana sighed and nodded, looking down at the handkerchief twisted between her fingers. "I understand. He'd never come willingly though. He's not like I was, desperate for answers. He's already made up his mind." She lifted her head, a determined look on her face. "Then it's up to me. I won't let that...monster tear apart my family. I have to find a way to get through to Angel. If he lets himself be blinded by this rage and ends up killing his own brother....he'll never forgive himself. I can't let that happen. To either of them. I'll protect my family. Somehow."
